“Viajei agora no final de fevereiro de 2019 com minha mulher e filha, nos colocaram em um quarto adaptador para pessoas com deficiência de locomoção o box do banheiro não tinha porta somente uma cortina que quando tomava banho o mesmo alagava de uma maneira que parecia uma piscina. Solicitamos a troca do quarto e levaram 2 dias para nos atender. Teve um dia que chegamos da rua a noite e o quarto não foi arrumado, esta da mesma forma que deixamos pela manhã, devemos que pedir toalhas e demais acessórios para tomar banho”
