Hotel bastante precario, el servicio de alimentos es pésimo, mala calidad, mala atención en el restaurante, el cuarto sucio, el aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido. El gimnasio es super decadente El patio con la alberca es bonito, y se puede pasar un buen rato ahí.

Un lugar para tomar café y platicar tranquilamente al aire libre en su terraza cerca de la alberca con las mesas cumpliendo la sana distancia, la atención un poco lenta re abandonan mucho los meseros el pastel de chocolate muy rico, baños limpios estacionamiento y medidas óptimas de higiene por parte de los empleados

Um lugar para tomar um café e conversar calmamente ao ar livre em seu terraço perto da piscina com as mesas preenchendo a distância saudável, a atenção um pouco lenta e os garçons abandonam muito o farto bolo de chocolate, banheiros limpos, estacionamento e medidas ótimas de higiene pelos funcionários

Ok enough place in Oaxaca but not in the central district, so taxis are needed anytime you want to go anywhere. I'd highly recommend finding something in the Centro zone if there for sight seeing. The hotel itself was a little overpriced for the quality, but it was in high season.

i do not recommend this hotel. The people that work there is not very nice people. They never help you. The hotel has a free service to take you downtown something they never told us. They never told us about the trips nearby. I think for us it was a very bad option. Iám never going back.

The room was clean and affordable. They had all the comforts of home (usa). They even lent me a phone charger when I lost mine. It is close to the airport in a busy area. It's good to have some Spanish though as it took me several tries to communicate my needs. I had to wait a bit for a receptionist that knew English. Not long though. My Spanish speaking spouse was out running errands. Room service was tasty. We only stayed one night but I would go back.

The service is excellent b. It is a good place to have breakfast, and have dinner. The location is great, because it is in front of the "plaza del Valle" and next to Sam's. The rooms are nice. The parking is small.

The hotel is OK, Rooms are clean, it has a fitness studio, a swimming pool, a bar and a restaurant. The location of the hotel is not really the best but it´s relatively close to the city center. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the city center and back. The food at the restaurant is bad. We went there because it was late, but Oaxaca has so much in food and tastes to offer... The restaurant should improve a lot! Breakfast is good and the omelet lady is great.

I stayed 5 days and 4 nights at this hotel, and I had a good time. I think the hotel is overpriced since there are newer and more modern hotels in the city. The hotel is really old; I had trouble...

Comfortable but slightly outdated

This hotel's courtyard and pool look beautiful in the mornings, however the rooms are a but outdated but clean. It's located on a busy road and downtown is about 10 mins away depending on traffic...
