“Tem que melhorar os quartos. Colchão ruim, paredes com lembrança de insetos sacrificados e cheiro de mofo. Café da manhã sofrível. Nos dias de hoje ter apenas uma tomada no quarto para o ventilador e frigobar é lamentável. O recibo foi impresso nas costas de uma cópia de uma identidade de um hóspede.”
