It was a wonderful experience to stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was fantastic, especially Sharron who was such a delight from the start of our stay to the finish. Sharron definitely deserves praise for this in some manner. Go Sharron, you're the best.

My fiancé and I planned to stay here for the holiday weekend but after the first night our car was broken into while parked in the hotel parking lot. We also noticed that there were a couple of other cars that had been broken into. The hotel parking lot was not well lit at night. I also did not notice any external cameras. Due to the lack of security, we immediately checked out of that hotel and will not be returning.

The location of the hotel was excellent. It’s a dog friendly hotel, so I appreciated that. It’s close to shopping and restaurants. The hotel staff was friendly. The hotel rooms are older. The decor is aged. The ceiling paint was peeling in the bathroom and lights had debris in it as well. There was an ant problem. Our room was switched. But chances are good that I won’t be staying at this Hampton Inn ever again.

People are fantastic, very kind & try to do anything to help you! However, the place is old, not clean, some rooms smell & ants were present! The nightstand drawer fell off & had to get the front desk lady to help me! Again I would give 5/5 to the person but 2/5 at most to the place! Had to leave earlier & book another hotel in the area & pay for 2 rooms for the same day to get out! They have to clean it & do some serious renovation!

The pool was freezing. My family got out after 10 min and if we weren't so desperate to try and swim, we wouldn't have even gone it. What is the point of having a pool if you can't keep it slightly warm. Also the bedding left a lot to be desired. There was only a sheet and flimsy top decorative piece - no blankets or comforter. It was also kind of loud. We were hearing people walking by our room multiple time after midnight. It was so disruptive we left at 230 am.
