“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hampton. We were greeted and welcomed by a lovely front desk clerk. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but I wanted to lift her up. She was pleasant, professional and polite. We arrived prior to check in and was pleasantly surprised that our room was ready. The room and bathroom was clean and airy and it came equipped with a microwave/refrigerator. The beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was good, I personally don't eat huge breakfast but all the amenities were in place to do so. I loved the surrounding area, shops, restaurants etc etc. We will definitely return. Thank you Hampton Inn & Suites for a pleasant stay!!!”

Os quartos, a equipe e atendimento ao cliente foram excelentes. No entanto, meu comentário é apenas 3 estrelas por causa do estacionamento. Este hotel precisa desesperadamente de serviço de estacionamento com manobrista. As caminhadas de ida e volta para o deck de estacionamento realmente não são propícias para a conveniência da experiência normal da propriedade Hilton. Notei outro convidado andando com uma bengala lutando para chegar ao convés. Isso realmente não é ideal para hóspedes com deficiência. Obter melhor estacionamento!!!

The rooms, the staff and customer service were all great. However, my review is only 3 stars because of the parking. This hotel is in desperate need of valet parking service. The hikes back and forth to the parking deck are truly not conducive for convenience of the normal Hilton property experience. I noticed another guest walking with a cane struggling to get to the deck. This is truly not ideal for handicapped guests. Get better parking!!!

Esta foi a segunda vez que fiquei no porto nacional em dois anos. A primeira vez que me hospedei em um hotel mais caro, dessa vez, quis experimentar outro lugar para economizar. Devo admitir que economizei dinheiro e todo o resto permanece o mesmo para a qualidade. Fiquei satisfeito com o meu quarto e com o atendimento ao cliente. Tudo estava limpo. Minha esposa me disse que tinha um café-da-manhã continental; para minha surpresa, foi um café da manhã completo. Você pode fazer waffles ou ter muflas, ovos, batatas e salsichas. Fiquei realmente impressionado. Vou ficar para a minha estadia do próximo ano novamente.

Mary na recepção foi muito agradável e acolhedora quando meu quarto não estava pronto. Cheguei muito cedo, mas Mary forneceu algumas opções para mim. Esta fue la segunda vez que me quedé en el puerto nacional en dos años. La primera vez que me alojé en un hotel más caro, esta vez quería probar en otro lugar para ahorrar dinero. Debo admitir que ahorré dinero y todo lo demás sigue igual en cuanto a calidad. Estaba satisfecho con mi habitación y el servicio al cliente. Todo estaba limpio. Mi esposa me dijo que tenían un desayuno continental; para mi sorpresa, era un desayuno completo. Puedes hacer gofres o muflas, huevos, papas y salchichas. Estaba realmente impresionado. This hotel was very clean, our room was very clean and ready before check-in.There was more then enough space for our family of 6. This was my second time staying down at the national harbor in two years. The first time I stayed at a more expensive hotel, this time, I wanted to try somewhere else to save money. I must admit I saved money and everything else remains the same for quality. I was satisfied with my room and the customer service. Everything was clean. My wife told me they had a Continental breakfast; to my surprise, it was a full breakfast. You could make waffles or have muffles, eggs, potatoes, and sausage. I was truly impressed. I will be staying for my next year's stay again.

Mary at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating when my room wasn't ready. I arrived really early but Mary provided a few options for me. The hotel was VERY clean and the staff was always cleaning. Breakfast workers were very nice and kept everything stocked. Breakfast was good and the breakfast area was very spacious. The 2 bed queen suite is very big. Great location walking distance to harbor and restaurants. I will definitely be back!

A equipe deste hotel merece um prêmio! Cada pessoa que conheci foi tão útil e amigável. Meu quarto era muito limpo, o processo de check-in foi perfeito e armazenar / pegar minha bagagem após o check-out levou menos de um minuto em cada sentido. Eu estava hospedado lá para trabalhar e não me concentrei na minha estadia no hotel, mas a equipe incrível realmente me fez parar e apreciar o quão bom foi. ¡El personal de este hotel merece un premio! Cada persona que conocí fue muy servicial y amable. Mi habitación estaba muy limpia, el proceso de registro fue perfecto y almacenar/recoger mi equipaje después de la salida tomó menos de un minuto en cada sentido. Me estaba quedando allí por trabajo y no estaba concentrado en mi estadía en el hotel, pero el increíble personal realmente me hizo detenerme y apreciar lo agradable que era. O hotel tinha apenas um elevador operacional tempo médio de espera foi de 5 minutos. Optamos por validação de estacionamento para as três noites que ficamos. No entanto, acabamos tendo que pagar um extra de $ 15 porque nosso cartão de estacionamento foi cortado cedo. Quando apresentada ao gerente, o melhor que ela poderia nos oferecer era ligar para o dono da garagem. Não há número no bilhete ou no site do St. George para entrar em contato com alguém. The hotel had only one operating elevator average wait time was 5 minutes. We opted for parking validation for the three nights we stayed. However we ended up having to pay an extra $15 because our parking card was cut early. When presented to the manager, the best she could offer us was to call the parking garage owner. There’s no number on the ticket or on St. George’s site to contact anyone. Our bathroom was not clean there was hair in the shower and on the floor. The hotel offered no way to get change for the washer and dryer. The best they could tell me was to go to cvs and get change.The only good thing about this hotel was the location. That’s why I gave them a two. We will definitely consider other hotels in the area the next time we visit.

I am mainly writing this review because of the integrity of the staff. My husband forgot his wedding ring in the room. The housekeeping staff turned it in, and the hotel staff was so timely with getting it to us and communicating so efficiently. So kind, honest, and timely. Can't say enough good things about this hotel!

Nós apreciamos completamente a nossa estadia no Hampton. Fomos recebidos e recebidos por um adorável recepcionista. Lamento não ter recebido o nome dela, mas queria levantá-la. Disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia en el Hampton. Fuimos recibidos y recibidos por una recepcionista encantadora. Lo siento, no entendí su nombre, pero quería animarla. Ella fue agradable, profesional y educada. Llegamos antes de registrarnos y nos sorprendió gratamente que nuestra habitación estuviera lista. La habitación y el baño estaban limpios y bien ventilados y venían equipados con un microondas/nevera. Las camas eran súper cómodas. El desayuno era bueno, personalmente no tomo un gran desayuno, pero todas las comodidades estaban en su lugar para hacerlo. O quarto tinha um cheiro muito perfumado e floral e não havia alternativas para travesseiros de penas, todos os quais eu tive uma reação alérgica ruim que desencadeou minha asma. Os quartos dos nossos amigos não tinham o perfume perfumado. O chuveiro demorou muito para conseguir água quente e fazia um som agudo quando estava funcionando.Gostamos do tamanho do quarto e facilidade de caminhada na área.

The room had a very perfumed and floral smell and there were no alternatives to feather pillows all of which I had a bad allergic reaction to that triggered my asthma. Our friends rooms did not have the perfumed scent. The shower took an extremely long time to get even warm water, and made a high pitch squealing sound when running. We did like the room size and ease of walkability in the area.

Tuve una estancia maravillosa aquí, ¡me encantó todo! Sin duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo. Tuve la habitación con cama King y era tan espaciosa (algo que definitivamente no esperaba), mucho espacio para caminar y no sentir claustrofobia. El personal fue muy agradable y amable en todo momento y este hotel DEFINITIVAMENTE tomó las medidas de seguridad MUY en serio. Definitivamente se estaba limpiando aquí y dondequiera que miraste había desinfectante de manos y toallitas húmedas. Me gustan especialmente las toallitas en el área del desayuno, donde puedes limpiar tu mesa si lo deseas. Este hotel tenía desayuno CALIENTE en abundancia (lo cual aprecié ... otros hoteles en los que me alojé no lo hicieron), tenía una tienda abierta las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana en el vestíbulo y el centro de negocios era un buen toque. Todo lo que necesitara el hotel lo proporcionó. Los servicios del hotel son: habitaciones espaciosas, área de piscina, centro de negocios, desayuno. Etc. También me gustó cómo el garaje donde está su automóvil ... está cubierto y solo le cobran $ 20 por cada noche. Al menos sabes que tu coche está a salvo y yo tenía una habitación con vistas. También tienen una máquina de hielo. Reserva aquí no te decepcionará.

El proceso de registro fue indoloro y pudimos entrar en la habitación antes de lo recomendado. Todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado, la habitación olía a fresco y la cama era acogedora. El personal de recepción estuvo a punto durante el check in, cada vez que me detuve con una consulta y en el check out. El ambiente era acogedor y el servicio al cliente era excelente. Tive uma estadia maravilhosa aqui, adorei cada detalhe! Definitivamente ficaria aqui novamente. Eu tinha o quarto com cama king size e era tão espaçoso (algo que eu definitivamente não esperava), muito espaço para caminhar e não se sentir claustrofóbico. A equipe foi muito agradável e amigável em todos os momentos e este hotel DEFINITIVAMENTE tomou as medidas de segurança muito a sério. A limpeza definitivamente estava acontecendo aqui e em todos os lugares para onde você olhava havia desinfetante para as mãos e toalhetes. Gosto especialmente dos lenços na área de café da manhã, onde você pode limpar a mesa se quiser. Este hotel tinha café da manhã QUENTE em abundância (que eu apreciei ... outros hotéis em que eu fiquei não), tinha uma loja aberta 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana no lobby e o centro de negócios foi um toque agradável. Tudo o que você precisava, o hotel fornecia. As comodidades do hotel são: quartos espaçosos, área da piscina, business center, café da manhã. Etc. Eu também gostei de como a garagem onde seu carro está .. é coberto e eles cobram apenas $ 20 por noite. Pelo menos você sabe que seu carro é seguro e eu tenho um quarto com vista. Eles também têm uma máquina de gelo. Reserve aqui e você não ficará desapontado.

Had a wonderful stay here, loved every bit of it! Would definitely stay here again. I had the King Bed Room and it was so spacious (something I definitely didn't expect), so much room to walk around and not feel claustrophobic. The staff were very pleasant and friendly at all times and this hotel DEFINITELY took safety measures VERY seriously. Cleaning was definitely happening here and everywhere you looked it was Hand Sanitizer and wipes. I especially likes the wipes in the breakfast area where you can wipe down your table if you'd like. This hotel had HOT breakfast in abundance (which I appreciated...others hotels I stayed in didn't), had a store open 24/7 in the lobby and the business center was a nice touch. Whatever you needed the hotel provided. Hotel amenities are: Spacious rooms, Pool area, Business Center, breakfast. Etc. I liked also how the garage where your car is..is covered and they just charge you $20 for each night. At least you know your car is safe and I had a room with a view. They also have an ice machine as well. Book here you won't be disappointed.

The ckeck in process was painless and we were able to get into the room earlier than advised. Everything was very neat and clean, the room was fresh smelling and the bed inviting. The front desk staff were on point during check in, anytime I stopped with an inquiry and at check out. The atmosphere was inviting and customer service was outstanding. The complimentary breakfast was hot with a good variety of foods and there were attendants present to ensure the food was hot and plentiful. The reviews highlighting how highly the Hampton Inn and Suites is rated are truly valid. I totally enjoyed my stay.
