o hotel em si era bastante limpo, no entanto, a principal razão pela qual estou dando uma classificação de 1 estrela é PURAMENTE por causa da equipe que trabalha no balcão da frente. Eles foram completamente rudes e desrespeitosos o tempo todo que estive lá. Eu pedi um carrinho de bagagem e eles me disseram “não é problema meu, você pode procurar você mesmo”. Em seguida, fomos ao cassino, pedimos o traslado de volta e esperamos do lado de fora por 30 minutos, embora eles tenham dito que o traslado estava a apenas 10 a 15 minutos de distância. Esperamos do lado de fora por um longo tempo, quando ligamos, explicamos a situação e eles nos fizeram parecer que estávamos ficando loucos, nos dizendo que o ônibus estava esperando por nós quando estávamos do lado de fora procurando por nós. 0/10 atendimento ao cliente. Por favor, treine sua equipe adequadamente. Obrigada :)

Muito limpo e a equipe foi ótima, um dos primeiros hotéis em que fiquei sem quaisquer reclamações! Eu recomendo este hotel. (Consegui trazer meus filhos e eles adoraram a área da piscina com idades entre 4 e 6 anos.)

Very clean and staff was great, one of the 1st hotels I have stayed in with out any complaints! I highly recommend this hotel. ( I was able to bring my kids along and they LOVED the pool area ages 4 & 6.)

the hotel in and of itself was pretty clean, however the primary reason i’m giving a 1 star rating is PURELY because of the staff working at the front counter. They were completely rude and disrespectful the entire time I was there. I asked for a luggage cart and they told me “it’s not my problem, you can go find it yourself”. Then we went to the casino, called for the shuttle back, and waited outside for 30 minutes even though they said the shuttle was only 10-15 minutes away. We waited outside for a long time, when we called we explained the situation and they made us seem like we were going crazy by telling us the shuttle was waiting for us when we were outside looking for us. 0/10 customer service. Please train your staff properly. Thank you :)

Já estive neste hotel muitas vezes, sempre tive uma ótima experiência. Este recente foi bom, exceto decepcionado que a mini loja estava fechada no momento em que fui. Outra decepção seria o café da manhã. Não sabíamos que as omeletes frescas onde escolhemos não estão mais disponíveis. Recebemos o pacote de café da manhã, mas não valeu a pena. Para ovos e bacon, isso teria sido ainda mais… também não vale a pena

Been to this hotel many times, have always had a great experience. This recent one was good, except disappointed that the mini shop there was closed at the time I went. Another disappointment would be the breakfast. We didn’t know that the fresh omelets where we got to pick and choose isn’t really available anymore. We got the breakfast package but that wasn’t worth it at all. For eggs and bacon, that would’ve been even more… not worth it either

Uma ótima experiência e preços acessíveis. Este é um hotel exemplar que não descontou sua qualidade e serviço, apesar dos prováveis impactos da pandemia. Hotel muito bom, staff super simpático. Eu amo que é muito fácil chegar ao All State Arena. Sim, o estacionamento custa US$ 18, mas a maioria dos hotéis em Chicago cobra pelo estacionamento, então não há motivo para reclamar. Mas eu tenho uma reclamação... o quarto que nos foi atribuído no 5º andar tinha camas muito altas, o que tornava difícil ir para a cama. Eu até olhei ao redor da sala para um banquinho ou algo assim. Eu era capaz de ir para a cama, mas era um pouco difícil. Se eu não pudesse, teria pedido outro quarto. Fora isso, o quarto era muito limpo, adorei que o banheiro cheirava a uma piscina (não avassalador). Com certeza, ficaria aqui novamente quando em Chicago.

Such a great experience and affordable rates. This is an exemplary hotel that has not discounted its quality and service despite likely pandemic impacts. Room and common areas were clean, staff were attentive and responsive. Shuttle service to the airport was also really convenient.

Very nice hotel, super friendly staff. I love that it is very easy to get to the All State Arena. Yes parking is $18, but the majority of hotels in Chicago charge for parking so there is no point in griping about it. But I do have one complaint... the room we were assigned on the 5th floor had very high beds making it difficult to get into bed. I even looked around the room for a step stool or something. I was able to get in bed but was a little hard. If I hadn't been able to I would have asked for another room. Other than that, the room was very clean, loved that the bathroom smelled like a swimming pool (not overpowering). I would definitely stay here again when in Chicago.

O hotel em si não era novo, mas eles estavam reformando e estava limpo. A equipe foi maravilhosa e eles trabalharam muito curto pessoal. A gestão foi excelente. Preço foi muito justo para a localização. Adoro ficar no Hilton Hotels por causa da consistência! O restaurante era muito bom e a piscina e sala de ginástica também eram muito limpos. Os preços dos alimentos eram um pouco altos, mas pela conveniência, eu diria que era razoável. Esta foi uma das minhas melhores experiências para um fim de semana prolongado com a família e muito perto do nosso local. Eu ficaria aqui novamente.

Precisava de um hotel com transporte perto de O'Hare e funcionou perfeitamente. Todos os funcionários são muito gentis, com um grito especial para Nicole e Ashley na recepção, que foram incrivelmente prestativos. Hotel estava impecavelmente limpo e muito confortável. Único ponto negativo foi os travesseiros de cama. Jim o Barman foi muito amigável e divertido. Nós apreciamos a sopa de cebola francesa, estava delicioso. Com certeza voltaremos quando precisarmos de um hotel no aeroporto.

Needed a hotel with a shuttle close to O’Hare and this worked out perfectly. All of the staff are so gracious, with a particular shout out to Nicole and Ashley on reception who were incredibly helpful. Hotel was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Only negative was the bed pillows. Jim the Barman was very friendly and entertaining. We enjoyed the French onion soup, it was delicious. We will definitely return when we need an airport hotel.

The hotel itself wasn’t brand new, but they were remodeling and was clean. The staff was wonderful and they worked very hard short staffed. Management was excellent. Price was very fair for the location. I love staying at Hilton Hotels because of the consistency! The restaurant was very nice and the pool and work out room were also very clean. Food prices were a little high, but for the convenience, I would say it was reasonable. This was one of my best experiences for a long weekend with family and very close to our venue. I would stay here again.

Excelente hotel. Todo muy bien desde los cuartos, el desayuno, la limpieza y por supuesto el maravilloso personal. Si vas al Donald's Stephen convention center este lugar es muy adecuado y cerca del aeropuerto

Hotel con una ubicación ideal si vas a andar en el rumbo del aeropuerto. El servicio es muy bueno y el buffete ok. En la reservación deberían incluir el párking ya que hay un cargo extra por este servicio.

El hotel esta cerca a varios restaurantes y rivers casino lo cual lo pone en buena ubicación. El cuarto eataba aseado y bien organizado. El parqueadero es pago para los huespedes del hotel lo cual incrementa el precio de la noche.

Just in town for a day conference and being at the Hilton Garden was a treat. Coffee never ran out and the lunch was perfect. Could not stop at one sandwich from the buffet they were so good...
