Muito bom hotel para ficar, estava lá por 6 dias no total. 4 uma semana, depois fui para casa e tive que voltar para Baytown, então reservei mais 2 dias na semana seguinte. A equipe foi absolutamente excepcional e profissional. Os quartos eram muito limpos. As comodidades foram uma agradável surpresa.

Very nice hotel to stay, was there for 6 days total.4 one week, then went home and had to go back to baytown, so I booked another 2 days the following week. Staff was absolutely exceptional and professional. Rooms were very clean. The amenities were a pleasant surprise.

Eu estava passando pelo Texas a caminho da Flórida e não sabia exatamente onde iria parar para passar a noite. Decidi experimentar este lugar com base nos ótimos comentários, e só quero dizer que definitivamente correspondeu a eles. Recomendo se você estiver procurando por um lugar agradável, seguro e limpo para ficar na área. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos também.

Se você estiver indo para a área de Baytown, este será definitivamente o hotel em que você vai querer ficar. Sou membro Marriott, Wyndham, IHG e Hyatt. E quando digo que este hotel está no topo da minha lista, deixe-me explicar…. 1- Liguei para o hotel antes da chegada, o senhor do outro lado da linha foi muito profissional, mas mostrou interesse em minhas preocupações e foi atencioso. OBRIGADO MICHAE!!! Gostaria de ter tido a oportunidade de conhecê-lo… 2- Chegada / Check-in. Teve um pequeno contratempo no check-in, mas Vinnie ligou para Michael, que foi imediatamente esclarecido, trabalho em equipe incrível! Vinnie foi muito acolhedor. definitivamente um dos melhores no café da manhã continental. O que fez isso por mim foi o serviço. Dorthy, Brianna e Erin exageraram na experiência do café da manhã continental. Quando eu voltar para Baytown, definitivamente será onde ficaremos e iremos recomendar a outras pessoas… 🥰

If you’re heading to the Baytown area this will definitely be the hotel you’ll want to stay at.I’m a Marriott, Wyndham, IHG, and Hyatt member.And when I say this hotel tops my list, let me explain….1- I called the hotel prior to arrival the gentleman on the other end was very professional yet showed interest in my concerns, and was accommodating. THANK YOU MICHAE!!!Wish I had the opportunity to meet you….😔2- Arrival/Check in. Hotel was nice lobby clean. Had a minor mishap at check in but Vinnie made a call to Michael which was immediately cleared up awesome teamwork!!!Vinnie was very welcoming….😊3-Facility, our room, the lobby, hallways, elevator, gym, laundry room, foyers, pool area, dining area, bar, breakfast area was clean and well maintained.😊 4-Breakfast, was definitely one of the best in continental breakfast’s. What did it for me was the service. Dorthy, Brianna, and Erin took the continental breakfast experience over the top.When I return to Baytown this will definitely be where we’ll be staying and will be recommending to others…🥰

Estaba de paso por Texas de camino a Florida y no sabía exactamente dónde terminaría parando para pasar la noche. Decidí probar este lugar basándome en las excelentes críticas, y solo quiero decir que definitivamente estuvo a la altura de ellas. Lo recomendaría encarecidamente si está buscando un lugar agradable, seguro y limpio para quedarse en el área. Personal amable y servicial también.

Out of all the hotels in Baytown this was the nicest one!! Even the staff that works here were nice and very much professional!! The cook she’s the sweetest and her food is made with love. We definitely will be back here!! Everything was nice thank you guys for your hospitality. -The George family-

I was passing through Texas on my way to Florida and didn’t know exactly where I would end up stopping to stay the night. I decided to try this place based on the great reviews, and I just want to say that it definitely lived up to them. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice, safe, clean place to stay in the area. Friendly, helpful staff too.

Best place I've stay in for awhile room were clean and ready, no noise in the halls, breakfast was amazing. I will be back to visit please stay the same amazing staff you are! Thank for an amazing stay greatly and!

Me alojé aquí solo una noche, pero quedé absolutamente impresionado con el servicio. El personal era amable y la comida informativa era decente para un hotel de precio medio. Había algunas cosas a poca distancia. Era un poco caro en comparación con sus competidores, pero se nota dónde lo compensan en el servicio.

Stayed here for only one night but was absolutely Impressed by the service. Staff was friendly and informative food was decent for a mid priced hotel. There were a few things within walking distance. It was a bit on the pricey side compared to its competitors but you can tell where they make up for it in service.

Primeiro, Julia é INCRÍVEL! Ela é extremamente amigável, acolhedora e parece que ela realmente gosta de seu trabalho. Nós visitamos pela primeira vez em 23 de janeiro e liguei antes para ver se meu caminhão e reboque semi poderia caber neste hotel e ela foi muito educada. Durante a primeira estadia após o check-in e no quarto por horas, a chave do hotel parou de funcionar, ela foi muito paciente, embora tivéssemos que passar por cerca de 4 chaves (felizmente estávamos no primeiro andar. Nossa estadia mais recente, 22 e 23 de maio, ela certificou-se de que ganhamos pontos em vez de café da manhã (o café da manhã é ótimo aqui, não é o café da manhã típico de um hotel sem sabor) e na segunda noite tivemos que retornar inesperadamente, ela atualizou nosso Queens para um rei! Adoramos este lugar, é sempre limpo, nem ocasionalmente sobrou cabelo! Muito obrigado, vamos estar de volta!

Visitamos por primera vez el 23 de enero y llamé de antemano para ver si mi semirremolque y remolque podrían caber en este hotel y ella fue muy educada. Durante la primera estadía después de registrarnos y estar en la habitación durante horas, la llave del hotel dejó de funcionar, ella fue muy paciente a pesar de que tuvimos que revisar unas 4 llaves (afortunadamente, estábamos en el primer piso. Nuestra estadía más reciente, 22 y 23 de mayo, ella se aseguró de que obtuviéramos puntos en lugar del desayuno (el desayuno es excelente aquí, no el típico desayuno de hotel sin sabor) y la segunda noche que tuvimos que regresar inesperadamente, ¡mejoró nuestra Queens a King! Nos encanta este lugar, siempre está limpio, ni siquiera ocasionalmente me sobra cabello! muchas gracias, volveremos!

First, Julia is AWESOME! She's extremely friendly, welcoming ,& it seems like she truly enjoys her job. We first visited Jan 23rd & I called before hand to see if my semi truck & trailer could potentially fit at this hotel & she was very polite. During the first stay after being checked in & in the room for hours the hotel key stopped working she was really patient even though we had to go through about 4 keys (thankfully we were on the first floor. Our most recent stay, may 22nd&23rd she made sure we got points instead of breakfast (breakfast is great here not your typical old flavorless hotel breakfast) & the second night we had to unexpectedly return she upgraded our Queens to a King! We love this place it is always clean not even an occasional left over hair! Thanks so much, we'll be back!

My first time staying at this hotel, and my experience was great. The room was very clean, stocked with more than enough supply's. The young lady at the front desk, Angie, was very helpful and friendly, and always had a smile. My family will be returning here in the future. Highly recommend.

Hotel agradable con buenas instalaciones pero flojo en limpieza y atención a la hora de explicar el funcionamiento de los servicios básicos como el desayuno. Gimnasio muy muy justo. Plena disposición de la bbq en zona piscina, nos dejaros todos los útiles, trato personal muy agradable.
