“Very friendly staff. Everyone knew their jobs and check in was efficient. I liked the way the "market square" was set up with different shops and places to eat. Relaxing club Lounge. The manager at breakfast was very attentive, making my 13 year old son and I feel very welcome. Arrival with the car was a little chaotic and we had to wait about 15 minutes to hand over to the valet.”

“I have been to this hotel more than 20 times. Earlier this place used to feel really luxurious but now it feels old. The air conditioning is a bit poor. The bed also used to be really comfortable but now both the bed and the pillows don't seem comfortable. The staff is not very courteous and you feel as if they are doing you a favour by checking you in. Sometimes the wait time at the reception are very high.
The food is great. Bathroom toiletries are good quality.”
