I recently stayed at Mercure for a two-day company workshop and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The hotel is in a convenient location and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food at the hotel was one of the highlights of the stay. The meals were delicious, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. The kitchen staff did an excellent job of catering to the dietary needs of our group and ensured that everyone was well-fed and happy. However, I did have one issue with the conference room where our workshop was held. The room was quite long and narrow, which made it difficult for everyone to see the presentation clearly. This made it a bit challenging to fully engage with the material being presented, which was disappointing. Despite this, the rest of the hotel facilities were great the staff went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed during our stay. Overall, I would recommend Mercure hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay, especially for those who are interested in enjoying delicious food during their stay.

We stayed at the hotel for 18 nights and we are returning for another 14. We chose the hotel because of its central location and because we are aware of the high level of cleanliness and equipment. The stay was much better than we expected. Due to the long stay, the hotel gave us a good and spacious room on a high floor. The area is safe day and night with excellent transportation to all of Bucharest. The hotel provides the services at the highest level. The hotel staff is amazing. Gives you a sense of family. Kind, smiling and responds quickly to any request

Great location and not too far from everything Room was a decent size and bed was comfy Good size lounge Breakfast was mediocre - nothing special Disappointed that for a 4* hotel it didn't offer complimentary water. mini bar was available.

Perfect place to stay for couple of nights, clean room , central location only 10 minutes of walking to Unirii square. Breakfast was delicious and "rich". The building is under external renovation constructions. Even after 4 times of discussion about late check-out (with me and my travel agency, agreed for 10€/xtra hour), receptionists of different working shifts were not communicate between them and lock my room card 2 times , asking all times me to inform them about something that was clear in advance so many times.

The room was spacious, but kinda dirty. The carpet was heavily stained (disgusting) and the bathroom utilities were overall dirty/rusty/moldy... The bed was clean and comfortable! Breakfast was ok, they even had soy milk, which I appreciate. The service was nice. The location is great. Just a quick walk from the old town and various restaurants. Overall stay at the hotel was okay, but I would not pay 200€ per night.
