Muito bonito, quartos confortáveis, pessoal agradável e excelente serviço. Além disso, está muito bem situado, permitindo o acesso a pé a vários lugares de interesse da cidade. Como pontos negativos, achamos o preço da diária bastante alto para não incluir o café da manhã, que é bem caro contratado à parte. O outro é que o estacionamento também é caro e não é muito fácil encontrar vagas grátis ou baratas para estacionar nos arredores.

Hotel que al ser construido entre dos edificios tiene escalones parallegar a algunas habitaciones y si tienes que arrastrar las maletas es un impedimento para gente mayor. Las habitaciones individuales son muy pequeñas y dan a un patio interior. Y no es nada barato. Lo mejor el personal.

Estupendo hotel para disfrutar de unos días por Bilbao, bien por trabajo o turismo. Muy bien ubicado, a 5 minutos del centro andando, con tranvía, metro y autobús cerca, y con acceso inmediato a las salidas por carretera de la ciudad. Desayuno buffet estupendo, el habitual de la cadena NH. Y gran servicio

We have spent my sister’s bachelorette weekend in this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. They put nice decoration in my sister room as a surprise. The rooms are clean and the beds are good. We have enjoyed the breakfast which was well replenished and varied. Thanks to the whole hotel staff for their hospitality and service which I can highly recommend. The hotel is on walking distance from the city center. Very nice city, cosy bars with Pinxtos. The Guggenheim museum makes this a perfect city-trip Best regards Tine from Belgium

Fui con mi novio a pasar unos días de vacaciones, la atención del recepcionista Félix fue estupenda. La habitación genial, todo limpio y muy cómodo. La verdad que sin duda volveremos. Encima esta en el centro y tienes todo a pie, El Corte Inglés, el centro comercial y el magnífico museo donde esta Puppy ❤️✨ os lo recomiendo 100%

Fuimos unos días a Bilbao y elegimos este Hotel, la verdad que lo volveríamos a elegir la atención del recepcionista que se llama Félix fue increíble nos atendió con muchísima paciencia y amabilidad. tener un recepcionista así da un gusto y hace que cuando volvamos a ir eligamos ese Hotel otra vez. Mis hoteles favoritos son los NH y el personal de este hotel me ha conquistado. Siempre que vuelva a Bilbao vendré aquí. El trato inmejorable, qué profesionales y qué amables sin ser cansinos, especial mención al chico que hacía la noche cuando estuve, Félix creo que me dijeron que se llamaba ¡qué hombre! Las habitaciones muy limpias, la ubicación perfecta. Si vas a un concierto al Palacio Euskalduna, vas andando. Si vas al Guggenheim también andando, el casco viejo tampoco está lejos. ¿Un pero? El desayuno me pareció caro, así que desayunábamos en los bares de alrededor que hay un montón.

El hotel es bonito, un poco pequeño pero la relación calidad-precio es excelente. Está muy bien ubicado y la gente de recepción es muy simpática y educada. Las habitaciones son cómodas, y los baños están en muy buen estado.

Stayed at the NH Deusto over the weekend. A little gem of a hotel. Close to the beautiful river walks, the Guggenheim museum and football stadium. Easy access to the city centre. A lovely welcome on arrival. Staff were so helpful, in particular Felix on reception. A true gentleman who took the time to speak with every guest and yet no delays. He was 'the icing on the cake' 😉

This is not a fancy hotel, but it has been recently renovated. We got a fantastic room, relatively large with a terrace. We could not have been happier. And the location is ideal, within walking distance of the Guggenheim museum and the center of Bilbao.

Friendly staff, good location. Room was clean, bathroom has enough space. Convinient heating with air conditioning. Big wardrobe. A lot of options at breakfast. Room is not big. From hotel of such level we expected to have slippers and water, maybe bathrobes...

Servicio excelente, atención muy buena por parte del personal tanto en recepción como en cocina, habitaciones limpias y amplias. Muy céntrico, a 5 minutos andando del museo Guggenheim y a 10 minutos del estadio de San Mamés. Muy contentos con nuestra estancia

Un hotel donde nos sentimos muy bien. El edificio es moderno y muy bien mantenido. La habitación era grande. Todo funcionaba bien. Pero lo mejor fue la gente que atiende el hotel. Muy amables y simpáticos. Esta ubicado en una zona donde hay muchos comercios. Hay supermercados, bares, lavaderos, farmacias, etc. Para llegar al centro hay que cruzar el puente. A 50 metros hay una parada de bus y a 250 metros una estación de metro. El desayuno es variado y rico y se repone hasta el último momento. Muy buena experiencia. Seguramente volveremos.

Quarto confortável, com as comodidades adequadas. O servico de pequeno almoço (pago) sob justificaçao das normas sanitárias, resultado da pandemia, resultou em enorme confusão nada condicente com um hotel daquele registo.

Our stay here has been truly memorable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were greeted with a warm welcome and the front desk already had the room ready. Stayed there a couple of months ago . Very nice hotel, one of the best NH I every been to. Staff was absolutely marvelous.Room was with nice decoration and fully equipped. Balcony available. Breakfast was fantastic. Parking is available but with additional cost. Overall the stay was very good and memorable. Hope the staff will keep to provide the same high quality services.
