“I could give a 0 rating if it was available.Stayed in the hotel for a week and i had a terrible experience ever.First i ordered for a burger that was delivered to me extremely burnt, made a complain and i was told i have to wait for the food and beverage manager to get back to me even after i showed them photos which he/she never did.Lets not talk about the poor housekeeping offered, my room was once not attended to during my stay and when i called the reception, their response was they cant get someone to clean it as it was already late but will change the towels for me.One needs to call the reception to have the toiletries and water replenished as they are not replenished by the housekeepers.My balcony was never cleaned during my whole stay and their housekeeping service simply means making the bed and wiping the floor; no dusting of tables or anything.No drainage in the bathroom.I once asked for an iron box to iron my shirt as i was attending a business meeting but was never delivered even after calling the reception twice. Shouldn't be rated as a 5 star hotel.The only good thing in the hotel was the breakfast and it's location.I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there.”

“Had a quick and wonderful stay. The location is awesome with great shopping, food, and the Duomo all within walking distance. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. I was in town only for a day and I honestly couldn’t find a fault!
