Staff not so. And not accommodating to the request mentioned while booking. Breakfast basic and pastries wasn’t fresh at all was hard and tasteless”

“Breakfast buffet is very good. Laundry service is only during morning hours (7-12). The place is clean (average, not spotless). The stuff are friendly, knowledgeable and proactively trying to help. The area is very lively with many places to visit.
Rooms are exceptionally small. Services for check-in and checkout are slow (they gave compensation for it). Only paid parking for guests (75 pounds/night, which is pretty annoying).”
