O hotel é razoável.Serviço de restaurante hoje foi péssimo.Fecharam o serviço as 19:30hs informando que reabriram 20 min. depois. Passaram 2 horas e ainda informam que tardara 20 minutos mais.

Deixei o cartão "Don't Distub" fo lado de fora do meu quarto e quando cheguei tinha sido "INVADIDO" pelo serviço de camareira!!! Não houve nenhuma subtração, houve o DESRESPEITO da minha vontade. PÉSSIMO!!!

Bathroom had mold on the ceiling, black spots on the walls, and no ventilation installed. The drain wasn't working properly either, so after a shower everything was just wet. I might have been unlucky. Would not recommend my room. Food was nice.

If ever you miss a connection and have to be put up in a hotel, it might as well be this one. Nice bed, awesome shower. Ticks my boxes!

The staff is professional and good, but the hotel cant help with its worn look from the insideThe floors creak when walked on, the bed sqeaks when you lay in it, the elevator tries its best to open its doors...the flaws of the age and lack of renovation shows the moment youre no longer in the lobby and ground floor!And i cant help the disapointment of the lack of pillows in my room, as of it was a mistake by housekeeping, since i only got 1 tiny pillow in this massive bed, and a very thin blanket... And if the neighbour room makes too much noice, you will hear them!The breakfast isnt the best, very limited buffet, but the food that is there is tasty! Bread and buns are freshly baked!All in all, not my best hotel experience, and absolutely not what i would expect from a 4 star hotel!I guess, if youre only going there for sleep, youll be fine, if you survive with 1 pillow

The staff made this place; everyone was happy and helpful from the receptionists to the cleaners. The bed wasn't very good though and definitely needed chucking out. The toilet seat was wonky. The hinges on the bathroom door needed oiling. Really the place needed a bit of TLC. Location was great though, with major roads and cycle lanes just outside and a train station only a few minutes walk away. We rented bikes from the hotel and that proved to be a really good deal and an excellent way for us to get about and see the city. The breakfast was pretty standard buffet. Nothing special but was good enough.

Happy with the room and the breakfast, but we were there on a warm summer day and the air condition only provided a symbolic whiff of cool air. One window could be opened but it was out to extremely noisy train tracks. We did not get much sleep.

There was a real problem with the air conditioning at the time of our visit. The excellent staff tried their best to help us by moving us from one room to another, however this room was heated even more by the evening sun. What air conditioning there was did not manage to bring the temperature of the room down to a satisfactory level. However, the staff, food and location were all perfect for us. There is ample parking and the facilities are good. Something has to be done about the air conditioning system for me to give a higher rating.

Estuve en octubredel 2019, tuve un problema con empresa de vuelo dado que extravió mi equipaje.Esta situación fue expuesta a las autoridades correspondientes y resuelta al día siguiente con el envío de la misma al hotel . En el cheikin mostrando y entregando comprobante de lo acontecido y pidiendo encarecidamente a la recepcionista elementos importantes cómo cargador del celular y/o que hiciera sonar alarma para despertarme al día siguiente la misma respondió en forma negativa. Yo no hablo Inglés, por lo que intenté comunicarme a través del traductor teniendo como respuesta la total INDISPOSICIÓN y un rotundo NO !! Sabiendo la situación hubo una falta total de EMPATÍA con una turista que atravesaba un momento muy difícil!!! Creo que esto deja muy mal a un país que justamente se caracteriza por sustentar valores como la SOLIDARIDAD !! Fuera de este inconveniente considero que el hotel es EXCELENTE en el resto de los aspectos e instalaciones!Agradezco a otras personas que desarrollan sus funciones en el mismo y trataron de brindarme su colaboración.SALUDOS CORDIALES

Precio muy alto para lo que ofrece. El aseo con sumidero en el suelo para la ducha,y cortinas de plástico......?? Una vez duchado, todo el suelo del baño inundado.....? Cómo voy a reservar la toalla de ducha de un día para otro ?? Imposible ! Frigorífico no, precio 160€. No volveré.

Muy buena la entrada al hotel y la ubicación aceptable, está a 5 minutos del centro en tren y la estación está enfrente. Las habitaciones muy pequeñas, muy pobre el mobiliario, sin frigobar y la cama muy incómoda. No me gustó aparenta algo que no es.

Muy buen hotel pero...la ubicación no nos gustó para nada, ya que no hay NADA interesante cerca del hotel. La estación de tren está a 200 metros pero no resulta práctico un barrio no solo alejado sino incomodo y sin nada para visitar en las cercanias.No vale la pena tanto esfuerzo, siendo que la ciudad tampoco es tan grande para tener que irse tan lejos. Para pensarlo..

Buen lugar para alojarse, no muy lejos del centro y bien comunicado. Zona tranquila, con restaurantes cerca. Cuenta con habitaciones acogedoras y funcionales, un buffet de desayuno completo y bien provisto. Limpieza adecuada y buena atención del personal
