“The hotel was terrible. There were holes in my pillowcase, the batteries in the remote were completely dead, a nasty dried up leak on the floor, and there was an unscrewed vent in the room. I was really disappointed because I usually go to the Sheraton in GSO and it’s always a super nice and clean feeling to it. You could tell that the room had not been serviced or look at in awhile. Outside of that the staff were EXCELLENT! When I showed them the remote and pillow, they took care of it right away which I truly loved. The room is one star but the STAFF are all 5 stars.”

“Spent a couple of nights there with my wife while she attended a conference at the hotel. Room was clean and neat, bedding was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Room had small refrigerator, desk space plus a comfortable chair with foot stool. My wife had a $20 hamburger from the hotel restaurant but I didn't try the food. She said the meeting spaces were good with a variety of setups and meeting room sizes available. Staff was friendly and helpful as needed.”
