“The bus shuttle was a complete disaster. In the passenger seats, there was a hidden defect in the seatbelt that cause a family member to get his pants ripped, and coming close to harming him.
We talked with the manager at the shuttle service and offered no solution. He said he would write us an email for the price of the ripped pants and we have gotten nothing after almost a month.
We also talked with the hotel manager and gave her our contact information and have gotten no response as well.
I will change this review once this issue is solved.”

“Great staff! Nice lobby. The room was not vacuumed well and when we pulled out the sofa bed the mattress had several pee stains and under the sofa was all kind of dirt and stuff from precious guess that had looked like it had been there forever. The room looked clean other than that but it always makes you wonder when things like that are skipped.”
