“Our stay at the One Palacio was wonderful! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and centrally located. The service was exceptional and the entire staff was friendly and helpful, especially Rafael. We were celebrating our honeymoon and they welcomed us with a beautiful cake and champagne in our room as well as welcome cocktails. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again ourselves. Thank you!”
