“Staff was very friendly, Our room was clean & spacious. Barb in the breakfast area was incredible! Great hot breakfast! Barb gave us things to do in the area and made sure we were taken care of. She even sent fruit for the kids to take along.”

“We asked for a handicap room as my wife is in a wheelchair, we also said we would be traveling with a pet. Our original room was nat handicap accessible, and we were told there was no other room available. We said ok and started looking for another hotel, then they had one available. Then we were informed that we did not indicate we had a pet when we reserved our room online. And the pet deposit was actually double what we anticipated. We informed the person at the desk we did not reserve the room online, we did it over the phone with this specific location. And gave the name to the employee we spoke with. He was already gone for the day. Staff did give us the room with no pet deposit due to the mix up and an extra discount. The room was musky smelling with a cigarette smell, small and cramped. But the staff was accommodating to our needs”
