Alo pessoal fiqueihospedado no city center nos dias 02 a 13 de agosto de 2012 . atendimento nota 10 , cafe da manha nota 10 com excelente atendimento dos funcionarios, limpeza nota 10 com bastante eficiencia , o quarto e medio porem gostoso , wi fi ( serviÇo de internet muito bomo hotel esta de parabens . william magalhaes -rio de janeiro

O Hotel é próximo de uma área comercial, restaurantes muito interessante. Me surpreendi com a localização. Uma parada do Tram fica muito próxima. Uma dica: em frente a estação central tem uma casa que vende os tickets do Tram. Ai dá pra comprar um ticket por exemplo que vale por 3 dias, isto é, você pode utilizar quantas vezes quiser durante esse período. Apesar da fachada externa estar em reforma o hotel tinha um ótimo café da manhã, o único porém no quarto são as cortinas, muito grossas que retinham muito pó. Mas, no geral, valeu a pena, e se voltarmos à Amsterdam, ficaremos nesse hotel pela posição central.

Localização perfeita a 5 minutos da praça DAM, 15 do VAN GOGH e 10 da ANNE FRANK. Café da manhã fenomenal e quarto justo sem luxos. O box do banheiro não tem cortina e acaba molhando o chão do banheiro. Tem internet boa, academia mais ou menos e pessoal de recepção solícito. Aos domingos tem festa na rua do hotel com bandas típicas, comida e bebida. Recomendo este hotel pelo custo benefício.

Hotel muito bom, ótimo atendimento, quartos espaçosos com uma linda vista para o canal que passa em frente ao hotel. Café da manhã excelente e localização ótima, perto de vários restaurantes e pubs.

Very nice hotel. Great facilities and comfortable rooms and great value breakfast! It is very close to attractions and placed pretty quite location. The reception service was not perfect as we waited some time in line. All in all, it is a great place to stay and I do recommand it!

Four couples stayed in this well-located, recently (?) remodeled, and efficient hotel. Although the rooms were small, they were immaculate. The staff was unerringly helpful and friendly, the breakfast was well worth its $17, and we found many restaurants, cafes, and bakeries nearby. We'd stay there again!

I stayed at NH City centre from Monday to this Friday, room 140. I asked for my bill today and I just realized you printed the receipt for the wrong guest. I’m extremely disappointed and shocked by the lack of preparation from your personal. Shower was plugged (picture attached) for the whole week, I asked help and I had a terrible experience showering. The room you offered had two beds, I asked for a queen bed. Not to mention the first room you offered me on Monday that was small and I had claustrophobia, got nervous and Fernanda, from the desk, was terrible handling the situation - you only changed rooms to this bad one because I spent 30 minutes with travel perk on the phone and they managed to convince her to move me. I asked her to check if there was any rooms available before and she said that weren’t rooms available. I will NEVER stay at NH City Centre again. Bad structure, small rooms, people aren’t well trained and you say you have 4 stars? Not at all. 2 stars maximum.

Very small rooms with mediocre beds. A nice small fridge is in the room. Nice size bathroom. Beautiful location on both the front and backside. Extremely helpful and considerate staff.

Very nice place, great location, solid breakfast, really really nice service at breakfast time in particular. The gym is small and limited but you can do your basic workout. We will go back. Mindful of the rooms facing the street as the bin collectors have no mercy in the morning

We're staying in room 223 for our anniversary this year, the room is perfect! Just what you need, with a great view overlooking the canal. The hotel itself is in a great location, no more than a 10 minute walk to all the main attractions. The staff are so friendly and helpful! I can't recommend this hotel enough.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Right in the middle of all the canals. 15 minute walk to Anne Frank's House, The Heineken brewery and tons of shops.The lady that checked us in was great. I believe her name was Estela. She took the time to map out points of interest and even searched some available tours for us to do. My wife and I had two single beds which was a little awkward. The breakfast buffet was good.

The location it's great. Just 10 minutes walk from the main streets and fun area. But far enough so you can get a good sleep without much noise on the streets. The breakfast is OK but not great. The options are limited and wouldn't recommend it for the same price you can have something more solid in any Cafe around. Service needs some improvements for advices in tours and options. Mainly because they point you out to use their partner, tours and tickets. Which is a good one but not the best. And basically you can have the same prices online so no major saving overall.

The location and service here were amazing. Very attentive staff that could arrange everything from taxi pickups to bike rentals and tours. Rooms were cleaned every day and they did an excellent job of it. Rooms were pretty standard - small and the beds were a bit stiff. The location can't be beat - directly in the middle of the old city and on the canal. We would definitely stay here again if we make another trip to Amsterdam. There is a restaurant downstairs where we had a good breakfast a couple of mornings, and a little mini "store" where you can pick up snacks and drinks and pay for them at a kiosk with a self checkout credit card machine. Bike rentals were super easy and then you can lock them up right outside to use for how ever many days you rent them (15 euros a day).

Este es el hotel en el que suelo alojarme cuando viajo por trabajo a Ámsterdam. El servicio es muy atento y la limpieza de lashabitaciones es impecable. En la recepción hay varios empleados que hablan español que son muy atentos y serviciales (Marc y Susana me ayudaron en varias ocasiones y estoy muy agradecida). En el restaurante, Sri me trató estupendamente, siempre atenta y pendiente por si me faltaba algo. Es un amor de persona! Las camas son súper cómodas, se duerme muy bien! Por comentar algún punto negativo,las habitaciones que dan a la Spuistraat son bastante ruidosas, sobre todo las de las plantas bajas. El desayuno no tiene un surtido muy extenso si comparo con otros hoteles que he visitado, pero todo está rico. En mi última estancia, los canales de televisión fallaban mucho, pero no me quejé porque no estaba muy interesada en ver la tele. Y esta vez me tocó un secador de pelo muy poco potente, lo que me pareció un poco incómodo teniendo en cuenta que pasé casi dos semanas alojada. Pero en general mis estancias en este hotel han sido siempre muy agradables y cómodas

Love the location of this hotel. The hotel was very nice, the staff was very pleasant. The rooms are clean, small but doable. The area is near all of the best shopping. There is a Chipsy King directly across the street for some delicious fries. There is also a small bakery a couple of doors down if you want to grab a snack.I plan to visit again very soon and I am already booked for this hotel,
