A equipe de funcionarios super simpaticos e eficientes!! Quarto confortavel, super limpo!! O café da manhã e muito bom. A internet nos quartos um pouco lenta porem na sala de recepção onde tem uns espaços reservados para um breve papo com amigos ou uma pequena reunião funciana muito bem!!

A) I emailed the hotel on the morning of the 20th, still waiting for a reply B) We arrived at 11:30 /12:00 and asked if we could do an early check -in,this was denied as check-in was 3pm. However, we could do the registration, so that when we arrived at 3pm, the check in process had been done. We arrived at 4:30 and were told that the room was not ready and needed to wait. We could do the check-in registration, the concierge wanted to start the registration process. He was talking on the phone, I guess trying to find a room. He used the excuse that the hotel was extremely busy and the room just needed a few minutes to get ready. C) When we finally arrived in our room, we arrived to a box, with barely any light as the window was so tiny, and looked onto the staircase. The shower and toilet could possibly be used at the same time as it’s that small. There is no privacy in the room, even though the window is tiny. The small window has a stairway outside,that is used for “smokers”. D) This hotel is not soundproof, every sound echoes through the room, from the same floor and from above. E) We feel that this is not the room that we paid for, as it doesn’t look anything like what they advertise for a Superior room, it looks more like a standard double room. F) Very strange, we had 1 bottle of mineral water in the room and 1 gown, however, we were two. The water was not replaced, very strange! G) Definitely not value for money, I know Barcelona was booked out for everywhere because of the Grand Prix and the Soccer between Barcelona and VillaReal. However, this doesn’t count for not giving the quest what you pay for.

Es una excelente lugar para hospedarse, las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas pero es lo que menos preocupa contemplando que es donde menos pasarás tiempo. La ubicación es céntrica y hay muchas cosas a los alrededores pero el problema, como en toda Barcelona, es estacionarse así que consideren mejor viajar en tranvía

Hotel bien ubicado, habitaciones amplias y bien decoradas, estancias comunes muy acogedoras , desayuno fantástico y lo mejor,el trato recibido de todo el personal del hotel. Sin duda repetiremos.

A las 8 de la mañana cuando fui a desayunar, me atendió la peor camarera que me ha atendido en mi vida. Unas malas formas, unas contestaciones y una mala cara desde luego motivaron este comentario, la mujer llevaba el pelo rizado negro, un traje azul unos 50 años, parecía que era la encargada,por si le interesa a alguien. Desde luego he de decir que me da mucha por el resto del personal que atendieron con la misma elegancia de siempre.

El hotel está en un lugar estratégico para mi, a 5 minutos a pie de mi querido nieto. Además aceptan mascotas. Cosa que para mí es primordial ya que mi "peludito" va con nosotros a todas partes. Las habitaciones son suficientemente grandes para no sentir agobio. Y en cuanto a la atención y limpieza yo les daría un 10.

Estancia bastante agradable, la habitación muy limpia y todo correcto, cerca de la estación de Sants, la única pega es el párking, debería de haber algun tipo de oferta para los clientes, yo estuve un día y tuve que pagar el párking en su totalidad, por lo demás , correcto

Hotel de la cadena NH en Calle Numancia muy cerca de la Estación de Sants. Trato correcto, amable. Instalaciones acogedoras bien mantenidas. Tenía habitación superior Premium pero el tamaño de la habitación me pareció ridículo para una categoría superior. Eso sí, tenía una cafetera y una tetera en la habitación. Lo demás todo igual.

El servicio del hotel es muy destacado. El personal en recepción es muy atento y eficiente, siempre con buena predisposición y una sonrisa. El servicio de limpieza de la habitación merece un 10, inmejorable. Habitacion 409, del 10/03 al 14/03.

Clean business hotel conveniently located in the city. Breakfast starts at 7am during weekdays and 8am during weekend, this doesn't work for me. Would have given a 5 star if not for this. Overall, good experience.

Muy contento con la experiencia en este hotel. Desde el primer momento han sido todo facilidades. Zonas comunes bonitas y completas. Se nota que le han dado un mimo hace poco. Las habitaciones muy completas también. Con enchufe en cada cama, cosa que se agradece. Buen decorado. Un baño completo y con un buen secador de pelo. Camas cómodas y dos almohadas diferentes para elegir. El trato de sus trabajadores excelente. La comida muy muy buena. El desayuno genial. En resumen, un hotel muy muy recomendable y con buena ubicación.

I keep staying here every time I come to BCN, quite and clean place, very comfy beds great breakfast. Staff is kind and attentive. Close to main train station and underground access.

Hoje o dia todo estamos sem água neste hotel, viemos a Barcelona pela primeira vez, e passamos o dia todo no hotel sem poder, banhar, tão pouco lavar as mãos, pois não havia uma gota de água.

Utilizamos apenas a sala de conferência, que estava bem sinalizada, limpa e organizada, com garrafas de água em cada mesa com taças limpas para cada participante. O sistema de áudio e vídeo é muito bom e funcionou perfeitamente.

Meio afastado do centro. Lembre-se de pedir quarto para não fumantes, aqui na Espanha os hotéis tem quarto para fumantes e como muita gente fuma, eles podem avançar te colocando num quarto de fumante achando que estão te fazendo um favor.

Tornou-se na minha primeira escolha para ficar em Barcelona. Não experimentei o serviço de pequeno-almoço, mas gostei do que comi pelas poucas vezes em que pedi pelo serviço de quarto. Já lá estive duas vezes e tenciono voltar.

Muy bonito eso es indiscutible y muy cerca de la estación de Sants buena comunicación con el resto de Barcelona. Perooo en la habitación la nevera no funcionaba... las bebidas que estaban dentro estaban calientes y solo habían 4 cosas" muy escasa" La tvdeficiente imposible conectarla con mi móvil. No podía bajar las persianas, todas la luz en la cara, tampoco descansar con los ruidos de golpes reiterandos bueno podría seguir pero en finlo que me parece es que los precios junto con las habitación no es compatible no lo vale.

El hotel está bastante bien, y la ubicación muy buena. Pero pasamos frío por las noches al no funcionar la calefacción, cosa que dijimos en recepción, sin encontrar una solución. Una lástima porque soy cliente platino de NH y nunca antes me había ocurrido esto en otros hoteles de la cadena.

Así es como entiendo un buen NH. Servicio y calidad del alojamiento. Dos detalles buenos: enchufes de móviles y el mando de la televisión en una bolsita para facilitar limpieza y desinfección.

Conveniently located at walking distance from the namesake station, it's a classic NH hotel. It looks good and smells good. Rooms are more than OK and the staff are highly professional. They are, at their price point, simply unbeatable! I ordered some room service. The man on the phone guided me through the menu and almost gave me a real restaurant experience. I will be a repeat offender next time I hit Barcelona.

Por dentro es precioso y acogedor. La verdad que me vino genial porque está cerca de la estación de Sants. Lo que no esperaba fue la habitación que nos dio el hotel a mi novia y a mi fue surrealista, ya que la calefacción, la TV y el minibar no funcionaban correctamente. El minibar semivacio, pasamos una noche muy mala con muchos ruidos y golpes que venían desde arriba y retumbaba el techo.

Buen hotel. Merecidas cuatro estrellas. Cómodo y tranquilo. Buena limpieza. Ducha con buena regulación. Personal muy agradable. Servicio de restaurante muy acogedor y con productos de calidad. Fideuá bastante bueno con ajo aceite inmejorable tanto en sabor como en cremosidad. De segundo pedí chuletillas de cordero. Estaban en su punto. Sabrosas y bien el Punto de sal. Estas venían acompañadas con patata cocida con un toque de pimentón. El precio acorde.

Pasamos una única noche y todo estuvo muy bien. Buena atención, habitación limpia y ordenada al llegar. Toallas suficientes para dos personas. Si tenemos que volver a Barcelona es una opción para repetir.

The good: professional staff, room was clean and comfortable.The bad: Thermostat did not seem to work. Although they offer "free wifi", it is terrible, and wifi that works costs $10/night. The process for signing up for it online is broken, so you have to go down to request it. They cannot give it to you for more than a day, so you have to wait on line in the lobby every day to get a new wifi pass. After all that, even their premium wifi is bad. Lots of street noise audible on lower floors.

I would like to do a special thanks to Cristian, the night auditor who were so empathic ! I was looking for a room since hours in the district and he immediatly found one and tried to understood my complicated situation. The room he gave me was really nice and comfortable. I wish I could stay for breakfast but had to go back to France ! Hasta la proxima vez !

Poor hospitality treatment. Not friendly staff and no, it's not near city center. We stayed there for 6 nights. We wanted to leave the hotel from day 2 but unfortunatelly they had gotten their payment by the time we checked in, so in order to avoid the trouble of getting a refund from the unfriendly staff, we decided to stay there for our vacations. The third day they didn't even bother to clean the room. The room was ok according to its price per night but just ok, nothing special, nothing more nothing less. There was a brochure in the room about the facilities we could use. Room service for breakfast was included in the brochure but when I call the reception for it in the next morning they inform me that there wasn't such an option. Last but not least: while I was in the front desk figuring out WHY we couldn't have breakfast in our room, another customer who checked out 2 days before his original check out date, inform the reception desk that he found an underwear that wasn't his, INSIDE his room. I will not stay there again FOR SURE.
