Situado no coração de Lisboa. Opino na qualidade de participante em conferência.Espaço agradável mas estranhei o cheiro a canalizações logo na recepção. O ar condicionado da sala não funcionava. Aspectos a corrigir.

The bed was comfortable and the location great, but otherwise I wasn’t a fan. The front desk was not very friendly (one gentleman was). The rooftop has limited hours, the halls smelled like cigarettes, and the rooms small. Showers were nice (great water pressure and very hot). Staff spoke Portuguese, Spanish, and English which was helpful. The rooms were not like the photos. 3 stars is for the location.

Location, incredible walking distance from the metro, great tourist attractions and also incredible restaurants. The service is great they cover every need you have, you get free coffee at the lobby, umbrellas, maps and indications to make your visit even more remarkable. Checking in was a breeze and they were kind and understanding as I have an issue with my booking. In the rooms, they are spacious, clean and offer a good array of goodies like bathrobe, sewing kits, coffee, mini bar and soap and shampoo all top of the shelf brands. We missed the breakfast due to an early flight but the staff created a to go box, we took a look at the buffet and looked amazing

Great location, decent rooms, bring your own pillows! The rooms were decent size, the bathrooms were large and good water pressure. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were absolutely terrible.

Average hotel in a good area. Room spacious but very dark. Fresh water first night only. Breakfast was good but no decaffeinated coffee.

O gerente informou incorrectamente os clientes para não fazerem o tour de sintra cascais porque "havia um fogo no palacio da pena" bem graças a Deus o palácio não esta a arder, esta sim fechado por risco de incêndio na serra de sintra e os acessos fechados por decreto governamental. Mas o palácio que o cliente ia visitar era o palácio nacional da vila que esta aberto, tal como o de queluz. É pena ver se esta ignorância da parte dos recepcionistas e gerentes de hotel que dão informação em falsos prusopostos, e porque não vendem os serviços extra ganhando a sua comissão por baixo da mesa destruindo assim o bom trabalho que as agencias de turismo fazem neste país a trazer pessoas, e receitas para os hoteis, restaurantes, e economia local. Pela má informação dada,o cliente Duane Antoine não fez o seu tour que tinha reservado porque a recepção deu uma informação incorrecta. Por favor sijam se a hotelaria deixem o turismo para os profissionais da area.

We arrived late in the afternoon and despite this the lovely receptionist had upgraded our room to a suite on the top floor! It was more than spacious with a tub inside the bedroom and separate shower and living area. The blinds were remote controlled and we had our own balcony overlooking the town. They had a lovely breakfast too which is served downstairs in the Mexican restaurant. The only pitfall was that the rooftop was not opened during our stay. I wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Very nice mid-range hotel close to the center and the gay district of Lisbon. Cleaning is fantastic, showers water and air conditioning are great. Breakfast could be improved.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, pero lo que marca la diferencia y hace que le dé 5 estrellas es la atención de Paulo y Nuno. Los dos hicieron que mi experiencia y la de mi familia se potenciara. Un 10 para ellos.

Overall not satisfied. We booked double bed room and got 2 single bed room. Room design is bad. A tilted wall make you easy to hit your head. Blanket texture is hard and rough. Showing design make it inevitable to spill water out of the tub. The sink design make it not so easy to wash your hand since the clearance is lower than normal. The toilet back panel suddenly drop off after I press flush button. (See picture). The bath tub was good tho.The continental breakfast is expensive (14 euro) but quality is not so good. You can see flys stay on the boiled egg. Scramble egg is ok. Sausage is too salty. Fruit was peeled and cut ready to eat (this is nice) but most of the fruit is good but the orange taste like sitting there for a while. Coffee is bad, so bitter. Cereal is actually good. 3 juice are available. Fresh orange juice is good. The other 2 are bad (taste like a low quality concentrate juice).

Caro... 4 estrelas !!!! Onde,?!?! Café da manhã fraco.....e nada mais. Com chuva na cidade.....o hotel não tinha um bar...... nada. E todo preto....paredes e decoração.... tétrico....deprimente Caro...no meio da ladeira E Sem estacionamento...... paguei 70 euros por 2 dias de estacionamento!!!! Não recomendo.

Os Rooftops estão definitivamente na moda e este é mais um para juntar à colecção de terraços espectaculares com vista para Lisboa.Localizado no Hotel 9Hotel Mercy em pleno Chiado, é difícil encontrar algo mais central. Para subir é só apanhar um dos elevadores do Lobby e seguir até ao último piso, onde se encontra o terraço. O espaço é pequeno, diria que dá para 20 pessoas no máximo. Existem pequenas cadeiras e mesas de centro, todas com vista. Um pequeno balcão serve de bar. Adorei o pormenor de existir uns binóculos disponíveis para os clientes poderem ver a vista. A musica ambiente torna a local ainda mais agradável.A carta é reduzida (a que está aqui no Zomato está incorrecta) mas há cocktails para todos os gostos. Bebemos um Mint Jultep e uma Imperial.O Mint Julep é basicamente bourbon whiskey e folhas de menta, e soube mesmo bem, porque o dia era de um calor extremo. Bem executado e apresentado, um bom cocktail.Os preços das bebidas eram bastante simpáticos especialmente tendo em conta que é um rooftop. Já vi bem mais caros em sitios bem piores.Serviço foi rápido e muito simpático, nada a apontar.Se procuram um rooftop mais calmo e recatado, pequeno e acolhedor, mesmo no centro de Lisboa, este é ideal. Recomendo.

Muito bem localizado no Chiado, o Hotel tem uns quartos espaçosos com um design moderno e de um extremo bom gosto, muito confortáveis. Atendimento muito atencioso, serviço e limpeza impecáveis. Café da manhã farto e variado de ótima qualidade. Excelente opção para se hospedar em Lisboa, com um preço super justo.

The location is great if you like some nightlife and bars/restaurants, but it's still not too noisy. The customer service was exceptional. It's maybe a tiny bit dated but still very clean and well designed. It's a shame the rooftop bar was closed.

Teníamos desayuno para las 9:30 y al llegar nos dicen que no tienen hueco, hemos tenido que buscar donde desayunar por suerte en otro hotel. Es la primera vez que me pasa en un hotel de 4 estrellas. La suite ..... Bastante descuidada y sin vistas a ningún sitio salvo si sales a una pequeña terraza. Por el mismo precio hay opciones mejores. Lo mejor de todo es que hemos cambiado el hotel en el último momento, ya que este tenía muy buenos comentarios por el desayuno. 😆😆😆😆

Habitación no muy grande, pero con una decoración muy original y con detalles muy cuidados. La atención del personal en todo momento ha sido muy amable. El bar de la terraza es muy pequeño, pero tiene unas preciosas vistas con el Castillo de San Jorge en primer plano. La única pega es que en la página web pone que el bar cierra a las 23.00, pero a las 22.45 ya te echan.

Por desgracia no hemos podido disfrutar de la estancia en el hotel. Nos hemos quedado tirados con el coche a medio camino de Lisboa, hemos avisado al hotel de la situación en la que nos encontrábamos. Seria deseable que el hotel ante situaciones de fuerza mayor, tuviese hacia el cliente, otra forma de actuar, no devolver la reserva de la habitación dice mucho del hotel. Desde luego no son las formas para fidelizar a nadie. Un poco de empatía, señores, que ganar dinero por una noche, pierde muchas otras noches y futuros clientes. Un saludo.
