The hotel is wonderful, the staff is super friendly , the rooms are very clean and we loved the matresses. Chilling by the pool is a must, and the food at the restaurant is fantastic. Highly recommend it, we will return for sure. Well done Ronda Valley!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for money with an excellent swimming pool. The rooms had the best mattresses I have ever slept on in a hotel.

Buen servicio y atención por parte del personal. Un sitio tranquilo para descansar y poder darte un baño en la piscina. La instalaciones están bastante bien. Lo único un poco complicado el acceso a la piscina para personas con discapacidad. Y la habitación bien acondicionada, aunque para mi gusto le falta un pequeño frigorífico para poder tener a mano agua fresca o fruta. En general encantado.

La ubicación del Hotel es perfecta, tranquila, apartada de ruidos y cerca de todos los pueblos, las instalaciones están un poco abandonadas a la mano de dios, el aparcamiento es gratis y tienen muchas plazas al aire libre. El presonal muy agradable, excepto por una persona, que parece que no le gusta mucho tratar con los clientes o no sabe atenderlos. En definitiva volvería a repetir sin ninguna duda y recomiendo que preguntéis la altura de la habitación, tienen algunas con el techo muy bajo.

El hotel tiene un rollo moderno muy chulo!! Tiene graffitis por todo el hotel, desde la entrada hasta en las escaleras y en cada habitación, en general nos ha gustado mucho, cierto es que le falta un poquito de mantenimiento sobre todo en las zonas exteriores de jardinería! El resto de lujo, la piscina bien sin mucha gente y el personal muy atento. Si volvemos por Ronda seguro que nos veremos de nuevo!!

Hotel perfecto para visitar Ronda, en menos de 15 estás allí. El hotel deja que desear para un 4*, le falta bastante mantenimiento. Respecto a la habitación lo que más me gustó fue la amplitud. La cama era grande pero no se me hizo cómoda, las almohadas bastante blandas, las llaves de las puertas son con llave de toda la vida.La zona de piscina está a unos 2min andando del hotel (si estuviese mas cerca ganaría mucho), esta necesita mantenimiento y limpieza.El restaurante fue lo peor sin duda y eso que solo fui una vez. El menú solo tiene dos primero y dos segundos (en mi caso ensalada/gazpacho y pez espada/albóndigas). Lo mejor de todo que empezamos a comer sin pan, preguntamos y nos dicen que se habían quedado sin pan (esto desde las 10 que fuimos a desayunar, tuvimos que pedir un croissant), debieron de buscar soluciones a eso. ¿Un restaurante para las comidas de mediodía sin pan? Bueno, al menos las mesas de al lado le pusieron picos de pan. Pues nada al coche, saco mi bolsa de picos y a la mesa. En fin….

Un lugar muy tranquilo y apacible para descansar y poder conocer Ronda debido a su magnífica conexión apenas a 15 min en coche. A mejorar un poco son las instalaciones, un poco más de mantenimiento. Me encantaría hacer mención a la decoración artística del interior del hotel. Quedas fascinado con los grafitis de su interior. Experiencia bastante buena

La estancia ha sido satisfactoria pero dista mucho de ser plena. El hotel cuenta con un super amplio aparcamiento, el servicio es atento y las habitaciones son amplías y limpias, pero debo decir muchas cosas en contra que no quisiera, puerta de baño que no cierran bien, mando de televisión que no funciona pero lo único que me resultó desagradable de verdad fue que la puerta de acceso a la habitación estaba separada del suelo mas de dos dedos (podías meter media mano por debajo de la puerta), obviamente con sus correspondientes inconvenientes acústico, tanto oír perfectamente al de fuera como que te oigan a ti. Me gustaría darle más estrellas pero siendo realistas 3 va bien.

Quite a bad experience. I wonder where the 4 stars came from. The service was terrible, the receptionist, the waiter and the bar tender were the same person. The shower in our room was going from cold to boiling every second making the task quite impossible. The room was facing an incoming road so at night we has the car lights hiting our room. And the sound of trafic was unbearable. I definatly do not recommend this nightmarish -4 star hotel. The bed was good tho.

El hotel en si, no está mal, pata hotel rural, pero no es un hotel de 4*. Puedo hablar sobre mi habitación, que era muy amplia, con camas cómodas y muy limpias, pero le faltaba un frigorífico,la tele era pequeñísima para una habitación tan grande, no se podía ver desde la cama, el armario sin puertas y con una cuerdas un tanto extraño, las mesitas de noche eran cubos de espejos, el WiFi era el del bar y la señal era bastante mala, luego me di cuenta que otras habitaciones, la televisión era bastante más grande que la de mi cuarto. Decir el ruido, se hoy la ducha, las puertas y el caminar de las otras habitaciones. El personal encantador y amable. Comimos en el restaurante de menú y puedo decir que eran platos abundantes conun primero, segundo, postre, pan y bebida y a un buen precio 11€ y la comida estaba rica.

Localização espectacular! Definitivamente a melhor cama em que fiquei até hoje! O estacionamento é super amplo e mesmo com um SUV havia espaço de sobra. Obrigado a todo o Staff, a repetir brevemente!

We were driving all way from Malaga airport and decided to stay in Ronda Valley just 5 minutes from Ronda city center. It was an agreeable surprise as the hotel was pretty cosy and the beds were just great into a very spacious room. Thank you to the staff and mainly to the hotel manager for the attention to the detail.

The complete stay was very smooth. It started with a huge parking lot. No stress to find a space. Our arrival was welcoming and very friendly. This hotel had the most comfortable beds to relax completely during your vacation. Perfect in our case, cause we had two stormy days. The location of the hotel is perfect to visit the interesting surroundings. The staff was overall extremely helpful and caring. Thank you so much for this unforgettable stay.

Nice hotel in quiet position within easy reach of Ronda. Nice big room with king size bed, but no wardrobe, just a rail for hanging clothes and a shelf. Good restaurant, nice bar and we enjoyed sitting on the terrace, though the sofas needed attention, very shabby. In fact the outside, plants, paths etc were poor. Nice big pool

Myself and my husband went for our 8th year anniversary on the 24th of September for the weekend. We received a free bottle of "fizz" which was a lovely touch. The hotel itself is a very relaxing place and the service and food was very good. The room could be improved as it was a little bit dated but the bed was very comfy and clean. The outside area could also be doing with some improvements but understand that it has been tough for this industry due to the restrictions. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would go back. Also, my husband booked this hotel as it said there was massage/spa facilities which did not happen. Was very disappointed as that was part of my treat for our anniversary. But the reception staff did try, so not sure what was going on there? Ronda is a couple of miles away and worth a visit, very beautiful.
