Reservei este hotel por duas noites - na primeira noite, comecei a experimentar todos os tipos de alergias (problemas de sinusite, coriza, coceira na pele / cabelo, urticária). Chegou a ser tão insuportável que solicitei uma troca de quarto no dia seguinte. Eu pensei que poderia ser mofo na rachadura no teto. O segundo quarto tinha muitas das mesmas indicações de mofo/sujidade que o primeiro e o terceiro quarto era o pior de todos. Havia manchas nas cobertas, mofo crescendo no AC e detritos no chão, sinalizando que o quarto não havia sido limpo adequadamente. A recepcionista me disse que os aglomerados coloridos de pontos eram apenas marcas de arranhões e que não havia mofo devido a reformas recentes. Não tenho certeza de como as marcas de arranhões estão ficando nos tetos de 3 quartos. Todos os quartos ficavam no 6º andar, então talvez seja apenas nesse andar… Eu não recomendaria ficar aqui. Cancelei minha segunda noite e farei o check-in em um hotel que atenda a um nível mais alto de limpeza / higiene. Fotos anexadas.

Booked this hotel for two nights—the first night I started experiencing all kinds of allergies (sinus issues, runny nose, itching skin/hair, hives). It got to be so unbearable that I requested a room switch the next day. I thought it might be mold in the gaping crack in the ceiling. The second room had a lot of the same indications of mold/dirtyness as the first one and the third room was the worst of them all. There were stains on the covers, mold growing in the AC, and debris on the floor signaling the room had not been cleaned properly. The receptionist told me that the colored clusters of dots were just scuff marks and that there was no mold due to recent renovations. Not sure how scuff marks are getting on the ceilings of 3 rooms. All of the rooms were on the 6th floor so maybe it’s just that floor… I would not recommend staying here. I cancelled my second night and will be checking into a hotel that meets a higher level of cleanliness/hygiene. Photos attached.

Hotel muito limpo e bem conservado. A equipe é muito prestativa. Minha única reclamação é que os banheiros são muito pequenos e não há microondas nos quartos, embora um esteja disponível na área de jantar.

Very very clean and well maintained hotel.The staff is very helpful. My only complaint is that the bathrooms are very small and there are no microwaves in the rooms although one is available in the dining area.

Eu sou muito exigente quando se trata de hotéis, mas posso dizer que este lugar faz tudo certo! A recepção foi super simpática e prestativa. Os quartos eram super agradáveis e limpos. A equipe de limpeza estava sempre trabalhando super duro. Eu até vi alguém limpando o filtro de climatização. O café da manhã era ótimo e gratuito. A sala de ginástica era agradável e tinha um tanque de água fresca. A piscina é adorável. Absolutamente sem queixas aqui ... nós definitivamente ficaremos aqui novamente.

Soy muy exigente cuando se trata de hoteles, ¡pero puedo decirte que este lugar hace todo bien! La recepción fue muy servicial y amable. Las habitaciones eran súper bonitas y limpias. El personal de limpieza siempre estaba trabajando muy duro. Incluso vi a alguien limpiando el filtro HVAC. El desayuno era genial y gratis. La sala de ejercicios era agradable y tenía un tanque de agua dulce. La piscina es preciosa. Absolutamente ninguna queja aquí... definitivamente nos quedaremos aquí de nuevo.

I am very picky when it comes to hotels, but I can tell you this place does everything right! The front desk was super helpful and friendly. The rooms were super nice and clean. The cleaning staff was always working super hard. I even saw someone cleaning the hvac filter. The breakfast was great and free. The workout room was nice and had a fresh water tank. The pool is lovely. Absolutely no complaints here...we will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, mattress and bedding was new. Complementary breakfast and cookie was excellent. Hotel staffs we met were very nice. Location is great too. My family left feeling happy!

Quarto era muito limpo e a equipe foi muito simpática e acolhedora. Quando saímos, esquecemos os AirPods e o carregador das minhas filhas. Eles nos ligaram e deixaram uma mensagem no mesmo dia e nos informaram que tínhamos esquecido no quarto. Liguei de volta para eles e pedi que nos enviassem e eles enviaram de volta. Nós definitivamente ficaremos lá novamente sempre que visitarmos Virginia novamente.

Room was very clean and staff was very friendly and welcoming. When we checked out we forgot my daughters AirPods and charger. They called us and left a message the same day and let us know we had forgotten it in the room. I called them back and asked them to mail it to us and they mailed it back. We will definitely stay there again whenever we visit Virginia again.

Ótimo lugar para parar em uma viagem. Nos foi oferecido um check-out tardio que não precisávamos usar, mas foi uma oferta muito boa de se ter. Biscoitos no balcão de check-in também foram um toque agradável. A única falha foi que chegamos por volta das 22h30 e o berço deveria estar esperando no quarto por nós, mas como não era nossa garotinha acordou e não voltaria a dormir até a 1h.

O hotel é muito limpo mesmo durante a construção. O hotel estava substituindo a estrada de concreto sob o canapé. E ainda o estacionamento e frente do hotel era muito limpo. O quarto e o resto do hotel muito limpos. A equipe é muito respeitosa e agradável. Especialmente as duas senhoras que trabalham na cozinha. Eu não como carne de porco e a senhora que trabalha na cozinha se esforçou para fazer molhos de peru para mim e meu colega de trabalho. Uma estadia tão agradável e sensação caseira. Também sou motorista de caminhão e SIM, há estacionamento de caminhões lá e é fácil entrar e sair com um veículo de 18 rodas. Então meus colegas caminhoneiros este é o lugar para ficar. Há também muitas lojas a uma curta distância a pé. Mantenha o bom trabalho e obrigado às duas senhoras na cozinha.

The hotel is very clean even while going thru construction. The hotel was having the concrete road under the canapé replace. And still the parking lot and front of hotel was very clean. The room and rest of hotel very clean. The staff are very very respectful and nice. Especially the two ladies that work in the kitchen. I don’t eat pork and the lady that works in the kitchen went out of her way to make me and my coworker turkey sauces instead. Such a pleasant stay and homey feeling. Also I am a truck driver and YES there is truck parking there and it’s easy to get in and out with a 18 wheeler. So my fellow truckers this is the place to stay. There’s also many stores within a very short walking distance. Keep up the good work and thank you to the two ladies in the kitchen.

Great place to stop on a road trip. We were offered a late check out which we didn’t need to use but was a very nice offer to have. Cookies at the check in desk were also a nice touch. The only glitch was we arrived around 10:30pm and the crib was supposed to be waiting in the room for us but since it was not our little girl woke up and would not go back to sleep until 1am.
