“My stay at SpringHill Suites was incredible. I was a bit weary staying in a hotel due to the pandemic, but masks were required and my stay was essentially contactless. The hotel is following social distancing requirements and staff are very efficient in attending to what you need. The room was clean, spacious, and very cozy.”

“Se já houve um momento para um novo hotel assumir o controle, é agora. Fizemos o check-in tarde. Tive de voltar à recepção e pedir papel higiênico, toalhas, etc. Havia lixo embaixo e no sofá-cama, impressões digitais em todos os espelhos e comida ou algo na frente dos móveis. Não tenho certeza se o serviço de arrumação foi dispensado durante o covid, mas o Marriott deveria considerar esse problema. Eu poderia ter ido para muitos hotéis diferentes. Por favor, valorize seus clientes como antes ou outra pessoa fará isso por você.”
