“One of the best of the Hilton hotels I've stayed at. Staff went out of their way to make sure that or stay was memorable. We particularly liked the spa. The breakfast was wonderful with excellent variety of western and Asian selections.”

“Stayed twice at this hotel. Location is excellent for access to Shinjuku and many tourist sites. Facility is updated, though some parts do seem somewhat aged. Service is top notch. As diamond members, we receive very attentive service. The breakfast and executive lounge offerings are excellent. Overall, I would come back again.”
