“Absolute nightmare! Literally at night. A great deal of noise emanating from the room next to us. Couldn't sleep a wink. I mean it was a rough night. Paid a pretty penny to be kept awake all night. The music was blasting at full decibels, people cursing and swearing with reckless abandon. I mean it was my anniversary.Front desk couldn't care less! They were not bothered,in fact they were bothered by my asking them to do something about it. Thought of calling the police but the police sometimes escalate. I was considerate when nobody Literally gave a flying you know what..... all night the charade went on. I called the front desk in the morning to try and switch rooms and I was told all rooms had been picked.I would not recommend this place simply because then things are not right,you will get NO help.0. The staff that cleans is great but the staff that can make sure noise is down, you have supplies and provisions that the place has to provide, you are on your own. Sleep is vital and this place will not give you that. Find elsewhere where you can sleep well and pay for that. Absolute rubbish of a place!”

“When you first walk into the hotel and there is an overwhelming smell of air freshener. After walking into the room it was clear why- I immediately noted crumbs all over the floor and a foul smell on the general hotel floor. I reported it to the front desk and we were “upgraded” to a suite. It was close but no cigar. The suite was extremely dusty, the side table was filthy, the mirror was disgusting and I even found a used towel hanging in the closet. The state of both rooms demonstrate a clear disregard for thorough cleanliness. When we reported our garbage was full we were told to leave it outside our door which was then not picked up until the next day despite putting it out early in the day. The overwhelming smell of air freshener seems to be a way to mask the foul smell of no upkeep. Understandably hotels are shifting away from cleaning rooms every day however there should be a standard of at least thoroughly cleaning a room once a week and the common areas every other day. I’ve stayed at other Hampton Inns and while Charles at the front desk tried his best to assist, this was by far my worst experience.”
