“Five star service...from shuttle at pick up to check. Toilet backup fixed quickly. Room was very clean and spacious. Cost was reasonable, and lobby was welcoming. Staff was professional and smooth. Shuttle driver on exit was tired but friendly. He made sure I was on his early morning trip. Would stay again and recommend this hotel to co travelers”

“From the outside, this place is gorgeous. Then I touched the bellhop bag holder. It was so disgusting. Our first room had so much mold in the shower it was disgusting. That made me on the lookout for other issues. The bedsheets we're stained. They moved us to a different room and of course this shower is just as moldy. In this time of pandemic and businesses assuring the public that places are kept to higher standards of clean, you'd think the Hilton of all places would do just that. I am so disappointed in the lack of care for the health of their guests. They should hold themselves to a higher standard. If I could give them a negative star, I would”
