“The worst experience in a hotel. The customer service is poor. Only because of Claudia at the bar and Manuel at night, I don't put 1 star. The front desk has a NO for answer to every question. Not willing to help. I came for a wedding and holidays, I don't want to be bothered. Their problems become yours. Is HR really doing their job? I don't recommend to come unless you don't care about losing your money and your time. Pool is cool, drinks and food are good.”
