Hotel era bom e limpo. Quarto estava bem conservado. A/C manteve o quarto agradável e fresco para mim! Eu trabalho perto do centro, mas todos os hotéis próximos estão em péssimas condições. Se eu tiver que dirigir, com certeza ficarei aqui novamente.

Hotel was nice and clean. Room was well kept. A/C kept the room nice and cool for me! I work near downtown, but all the hotels near there are in rough shape. If I have to drive, I will definitely stay here again.

Este hotel estava em uma ótima localização para o que estávamos na cidade. O membro da equipe da recepção que nos registrou ela teve que obter assistência do gerente. Eu e minha amiga estávamos dividindo o pagamento. Minha reclamação com o hotel é que eles não atendem o telefone na recepção. Estamos tentando obter um menu para pedir comida. Também a TV é horrível precisa de estações mais populares para assistir sem ter que pagar por isso. O banheiro é muito pequeno e a banheira não parecia realmente limpa, mas percebemos que o hotel é bom, mas antigo também. Ter uma "varanda" foi TUDO que tornou a viagem INCRÍVEL. Eu voltarei com certeza. Obrigado!!

Eu já fiquei aqui antes e a experiência foi ótima, no entanto, desta vez eu fiquei - eles foram ACIMA & ALÉM. Annette e Nikki na recepção são honestamente o melhor par de trabalhadores que já encontrei. O carisma deles fala por si. Eles me trataram tão bem e eu gostaria de poder dar mais de 5 estrelas por Esta estadia. Pessoas assim tornam sua experiência memorável e merecem reconhecimento. Prefiro ficar neste local e ter um trajeto mais longo do que ficar em algum lugar mais próximo do meu destino; é assim que eles são ótimos. Ótimo trabalho Nikki e Annette!

I have stayed here before and the experience was great, however, this time I stayed - they went ABOVE & BEYOND. Annette & Nikki at the front desk are honestly the best pair of workers I’ve ever came across. Their charisma speaks for itself. They treated me so great and I wish I could give more than 5 stars for This stay. People like this make your experience memorable and they deserve recognition. I’d rather stay at this location and have a longer commute than stay somewhere closer to my destination; that’s how great they are. Great job Nikki & Annette!

This hotel was in a great location for what we were in town for. The front desk staff member that checked us in she had to get assistance from the manager. Me and my friend girl were splitting the payment. My complaint with the hotel is they don't answer the phone at the front desk. We we're trying to get a menu to order food. Also the TV is horrible need more popular station's to watch without having to pay for it. The bathroom is very small and the tub didn't really appear to be to clean but we realized that the hotel is overall nice but old as well. Having a "balcony" was EVERYTHING made the trip AMAZING. I will be back for sure. Thanks!!

I was greeted at the front desk by Justin. Justin was welcoming, up beat, and warm. I had a few requests related to my room location . Justin listened carefully and responded positively to each request . I was a happy guest even before I saw my room. He has clearly been well trained. Jerry Moses

No geral, este é um hotel muito agradável para ficar. Os quartos são limpos e agradáveis e a localização era perfeita para tudo o que tínhamos planejado. Vou notar que as paredes não são muito grossas. Tivemos um casal muito tarde da noite sendo mantido por um bebê gritando sendo ignorado pelos pais ao lado, mas isso não é culpa do hotel. No geral, foi um ótimo local para ficar!

Overall this is a very nice hotel to stay at. The rooms are clean and nice and the location was perfect for all that we had planned. I will note that the walls are not very thick. We did have a couple very late nights being kept up by a screaming baby being ignored by it's parents next door but that is no fault of the hotel. Overall, it was a great spot to stay!

Adorei nossa estadia. As camas eram muito confortáveis. A água ficou quente. Hotel em si era tranquilo. A piscina coberta era bom devido ao fato de estar frio lá fora, eu gostaria que eles pudessem bloquear a piscina externa do calado que entrava na piscina coberta. Desvantagem, eles precisam de estacionamento gratuito e um serviço de transporte e oferecem pequeno-almoço gratuito e os quartos precisam de ser espanados, especialmente se tiver alergias. Eles têm um frigorífico precisa de um microondas no quarto. E a cama queen é mais uma cama completa.

Loved our stay. Beds were very comfortable. The water stayed hot. Hotel itself was quiet. The indoor pool was nice due to it being cool outside I wish they could block the outdoor pool from the draft coming inside the indoor pool. Downside they need free parking and a shuttle and offer free Breakfast and the rooms needs to be dusted especially if you have allergies. They have a fridge needs a microwave in room. And the queen bed is more of a full bed.

Really nice big beautiful indoor/outdoor pool. Nice workout room. The lobby is modern/chic in style and the customer service is great.The hallways to the room have an interesting smell.The actual hotel room is nice.I wish they had a microwave in the room though.

Este foi o melhor estadia que eu já tive em um Marriott. Estávamos celebrando o aniversário dos meus filhos com um par de seus amigos. O excelente serviço começou na recepção do hotel. O comportamento positivo feliz de membros da administração e equipe foi tão aquecimento do coração. A certeza de que tudo foi exatamente como eu pedi e foram muito paciente. Mais tarde naquela noite, conseguimos uma batida na porta para lanches e bebidas de cortesia !!!!! Nunca tinha sempre experimentar qualquer coisa assim. A jovem estava era bom. Aconselhei-lhe que estávamos a para aniversários e que você acredita que ela voltou com bolo e bolo de queijo !!!!!!! Como impressionante foi que. Na manhã seguinte, notei que o foram formigas no meu banheiro. O atendente da recepção (cujo nome eu não posso pensar de agora) e Randolph o cara maintenence em tão confortáveis. Entre ele e ela, eu realmente me senti como se preocupava com o que estava acontecendo e seriamente queria chegar I cuidado ali mesmo. A hospitalidade e serviço neste hotel é diferente de qualquer outro. Fiquei extremamente feliz com a minha estadia e estará de volta. Obrigado a todos eles para o seu serviço ao cliente exemplar !!!!

This was the best stay that I have ever had at a Marriott.We were celebrating my children's birthday with a couple of their friends. The excellent service started at the front desk. The positive happy demeanor from management and staff members was so heart warming. The made sure that everything was exactly as I asked for and the were very patient.Later that evening we got a knock on the door for complimentary snacks and drinks!!!!! Never had I ever experience anything like that. The young lady was was nice. I advised her that we were the for birthdays and would you believe she came back with cake and cheese cake!!!!!!! How awesome was that. The next morning I noticed that the were ants in my bathroom . The front desk attendant(whose name I can't think of right now)and Randolph the maintenence guy at so accommodating. Between him and her I truly felt like they cared about what was going on and seriously wanted to get I taken care of right then and there.The hospitality and service at this hotel is unlike any other. I was extremely happy with my stay and will be back. Thank you to all of them for their exemplary customer service!!!!

This hotel is not the same place I stayed two years ago. Awesome front entrance an lobby area. Rooms were clean an bright. They have a indoor/outdoor pool which is awesome to use during winter time as the indoor pool is heated. The New Management team are continuing to upgrade the amenities an should be a four star soon.

Absolutamente amei este hotel e as comodidades! Verdadeiramente um excelente hotel que fez algumas mudanças importantes que você pode ver e cheirar. Tudo para melhor! Lobby, salões e quartos cheiram a limpo e fresco. A comida na sala grande também é ótima, especialmente a salada de flores, peça com frango. A lareira dentro e fora é algo para se aconchegar com os temps frios.

Absolutely loved this hotel & the amenities! Truly an excellent hotel that has made some important changes that you can see and smell. All for the better! Lobby, halls and rooms smell clean and fresh.Food in the Great room is great as well, especially the blossom salad, order it with chicken. The fireplace both inside and outside are something to cozy up to with the chilly temps.
