“Hotel tranquilo para las 1000 habitaciones que tiene, sin casino mejor, dentro de un centro comercial y al lado del street, no se paga el extra por resot, y si eliges una habitación superior puede ser más grande que tú casa. Cocina con todo lo que necesitas, jacuzzi en la habitación, proyector en el salón, etc....”

“Time share! Don’t be fulled by the other positive ratings. I’ve been a member of Hilton Honors rewards and this is the first time I rate Hilton hotel this low. Indeed, the rooms have floor to ceiling windows and the views are good enough. The staff was somewhat helpful. However, there are no casino, no restaurants or in-room dining on property. The room has a small “kitchen” which is basically a sink and a microwave. No drinks / snacks offered in room. There’s only one pool where all chairs are “booked” by ghost guests by 10am. They leave their towels and leave for the day - rude! The outside water / drinks arenot allowed in the pool. The toilet sink was clogged. The fan works 24/7 and it’s pretty loud. For the three nights we stayed, the room wasn’t cleaned once. Checkout time is 10am and checkin is 3pm. Seriously, do you need 5 hours to clean the room? Why would guests need to get up and rush to checkout this early? Lastly, right after we checked in, a woman approached us to push us into “touring” the hotel for time share. They don’t tell you of course. Instead, they offer some discount to fill you. That’s a scheme!”
