Hotel has a great location, nice proximity to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast is really good with selection of eggs, pancakes, sausage, hash browns, breads, pastries, and muffins all fresh. However one morning we accidentally spilled a cup of water on the floor. I notified the staff in the breakfast room, and they were like oh we don't have mops. Completely didn't care if any guests spilled and fell as they clearly felt it was outside their job descriptions to address in any way or even call someone else for help. As for the rooms, they're very dated and worn. There were substantial holes and rips in the carpet. The mattress were poor, one side sagged substantially and it affected the quality of our sleep. Check in was good, as a Gold member I was able to check in early before noon. However they will not clean your room without a reservation which you must put in early. We had even asked housekeeping to come by that day but they did not. This makes it difficult to get any servicing on your room for a shorter stay of two nights. Just to get clean towels we called down and after over an hour when I called back about it they could not give an estimate of when they could bring it. We had to go down to get it and then no washcloths given. This is something very basic level, clean room and towels. Then the front desk called because they tried to double charge my card, then wondered why it wouldn't authorize. I shouldn't have to give double the amount of my stay, considering there's an additional $200 hold already. I am the Hilton member of our family so my idea to stay here. We won't return on our next Chicago visit, we will go with one of my partner's IHG properties, where we've never had to schedule for housekeeping or beg for clean towels, and the mattress quality ensures a decent night's sleep.

We stayed here for a night on the town and had a good experience. The rooms are basic, but clean and functional. Plenty of hot water, decent views (we were staring at a building on the north side), and all around clean. The location was fantastic - you're close to everything here. I don't think we had to walk over a mile to get anywhere. Plenty of great food options around. Parking is 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘷𝘦. You can valet your car for 60-something, or you can self park next door for $56 (in the garage to the east). Not many good options here. Breakfast is rather pedestrian, about the level of Holiday Inn with just the basics. Stop by one of the local breakfast joints instead. The biggest disappointment of the trip, and the biggest reason I chose this place, was the rooftop pool was closed. I even called and asked for hours and they failed to tell me that it was closed. Apparently it closes ever year on Labor Day.

My dad and I stayed here before his surgical procedure at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. One night for him; two nights for me. His room was accessible for his wheelchair. Very spacious and comfortable. My room was much smaller, but fine on space for one person. Both rooms were very clean. It was the height of the pandemic for our trip. Every room had a cleaning seal across the door to assure all surfaces had been sanitized. Parking was in the block just east since we were going to the hospital. And the hospital itself was just southeast at the same corner. Super handy for getting to the hospital complex! The only issue I had was the temperature of my room. The windows don't open (for liability reasons, I guess). The thermostat would set as low as 65 degrees for AC. We were there in March. It was cool outside, but my room was baking. Maybe radiant heat from surrounding rooms? My room didn't ever get cool enough for the AC to make it 65 for my sleep comfort. I drank lots of ice water to cope, but that could be a real factor for anyone super sensitive on night temps. Otherwise, a great stay for a great price!

Excellent location! The rest is just okay. The room is pretty standard Hampton Inn room. Nothing special. However, the lady at the front desk that checked us in (Jody) was not friendly at all. She wasn't friendly the next day either. I guess she's not enjoying her time with the guests. I couldn't get room service the next day because I was supposed to ask for room service 24 hours before. But how could I when I just checked in less than 24 hours ago? Breakfast was good. All in all I really like the location and the breakfast. Service could be improved.

Nice place to stay really clean the breakfast is good. Very safe atmosphere staff is always around. Everything about my state was awesome except for when it came time to get my deposit back yes beware there is a deposit of $200. It has been 4 days they said 24 to 48 hours. My bank says that they don't see the money at all. Other than that my stay was awesome and yes I would say again I can't hold that against the company itself it's a banking issue. 👍🏾

My deepest appreciation for the excellent customer service goes to Matthew at the Front Desk. This was was a difficult stay during a family member’s surgery at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, and he helped me to feel safe and secure during my stay. Matthew’s level of professionalism and commitment to the highest level of customer satisfaction deserves my recognition. This hotel is conveniently located (steps away) from the hospital and parking.

Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ when booking your room. They compare countless hotel sites and normally will have rates a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the best in this area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you definitely will love it I'm sure! I absolutely loved my stay here at the Hilton Inn and will definitely be booking with them again when I return to Chicago; their staff was amazing, the services offered were top notch and the room I rented was in perfect condition.

Worst Experience staying at this hotel.Always book my family at Hamptons.Fresh hot complimentary breakfast, fresh coffee 24 hours, convenient and relaxing.This Hampton advertised hot breakfast on booking site, but after arrival find out they don’t serve breakfast or hot coffee.They claim that property is privately owned, cannot find staff to serve breakfast.They recommended I take my family to Starbucks for breakfast. Called all other Hampton’s 2 square mile, they all served breakfast and hot coffee. All other hotels offered self park for $49, but this hotel only gives you option of valet parking $69. Manager offered me $20 then changed it to $50, told him to keep it.Had to walk 25 minutes to get breakfast for 3 people cost of $60. cheap Greedy holes owners who should change this to motel 6

Definitely a good place to stay in Chicago. The location was very convenient. Walking distance to Millenium park (the bean), lots of restaurants and bars, a variety of shopping stores and close to Northwestern Hospital. Majority of the staff are nice and friendly. The guy that checked me on was amazing and did a great job ( too bad I cannot remember his name). The room was comfortable and clean. - They were not doing housekeeping but one could request supplies and they were always delivered quick enough. - Will definitely stay there again.

There were a few product issues during our stay but we are giving it a 5/5 because the recovery was on point and the service was phenomenal. Location: Can't be beat. It is in the heart of Chicago. Being a property in a major city comes with city based challenges. Overall, the location was spot on for all of our needs. Service: Marcus at the front desk is a superstar! He was instrumental in ensuring my family had a hospitable stay. Julio Vargas and Aurelia in housekeeping ensured that our items that were left behind were mailed to us. We appreciate the above and beyond service that we received. Valet: The Valet were cordial and while there were no bell carts on arrival they allowed us to park up front and take our bags to the room without charging a parking fee. Cleanliness: The rooms were clean. Anytime we needed anything housekeeping would gladly deliver it to our room. Community: Lastly, the hotel is participating in a cutting edge program that houses individuals in need of assistance. I do not know the specifics of it but I was happy to see they were providing housing for locals. The guests we met were respectful and helpful. All in all, as diamond members we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Our family stayed at this hotel while a family member was having an organ transplant at Northwestern. Lynnette WOWED us with her wonderful, welcoming personality. She was so caring and asked about our family every single day. She did everything possible to make our stay as enjoyable as possible!! Alejandro was always there to welcome us with a friendly hello and welcoming smile. In addition, the hotel was clean and comfortable. Thank you both for all you do!!

My daughter was at Prentice in labor and I couldn't be with her due to COVID. I stayed at this Hampton hotel right around the corner and can say I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the hotel and my room and friendliness of the staff. The bed was comfy and the shower water pressure was awesome! The rate was very reasonable, as well. Two Thumbs up!!

The pool wasn't open like the website said and there wasn't any breakfast being served. I also saw a shuttle service listed on the website which wasn't available. Due to Covid these amenities weren't available per manager. The website needs to be updated expeditiously because some people travel on a budget and two of the three things listed could make a vacation hectic. The location was great, rooms clean and the bed was super comfy. Besides the false advertisement on the website the stay was good.

Já fiquei 3 ou 4 vezes, nesse hotel. Tem um lugar privilegiado e um excelente café da manhã. Nos andares mais baixo, à noite, faz um barulho, inexplicável, que não faz nos mais altos. O que mais atrapalhou a nota, diz a respeito a última estadia, entre 25 e 31 de outubro de 2018.Fiz minha reserva, pela Academia Americana de Oftalmologia(AAO) em 13/06/2018, quando fiz um depósito de 298, 20 Dólares Americanos, pagos com cartão de crédito. No check out, paguei em cash enão descontaram o depósito. O atendente, veio até mim, na saída do hotel, pedindo desculpa pelo erro. dizendo que o hotel devolveria o valor, estornando-o no cartão. Até hoje não recebi!

Atende bem a expectativa para hotel padrão americano, elevador péssimo, 3 para atender 42 andares. Café da manhã, bom, atendimento, bom e localização ótima! Mas média 3 recomendo pra quem não quer esperar muito de um hotel. Achei bacana o dono passando durante o café nas mesas e sendo altamente prestativo e receptivo.

O Hotel Hampton Inn no centro de Chicago é uma excelente opção de acomodação na cidade. Muito bem localizado, perto da avenida michigan, possui uma excelente estrutura, com quartos muito confortaveis, espaçosos com uma limpeza impecável. O servico de quarto tambem é muito bom, funcionarios sempre dispostos a ajudar no seu conforto. Possui ainda um bom café da manhã em um espaço amplo e otimo para sentar e conversar.

Couldn’t ask for anything better. In the top center of the city, 5-minute walk to the river. Rooms are huge and it is classy. It includes free breakfast and if you’re lucky enough you can find great deals.
