“We were greeted as soon as we walked thru the door. Check-in was quick and easy. The desk staff was always friendly and asked if we needed anything. The entire hotel is extremely clean and every person who worked there always smiled and engaged in conversation with us. We really appreciated the hot coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby especially with the cold outside temperatures. Highly recommend this hotel.”

“The staff here was super friendly, welcoming and just amazing! Hotel and room was very clean and perfect for our family of 4. Location is perfect for doing all things in Williams, Arizona. Pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing! Breakfast is included they have everything from cereal, bagels and toast to waffles, scrambled eggs, ham and seasoned potatoes! Coffee, orange juice, apple juice and a few others were available for beverages. Coffee and hot chocolate is available in lobby at all times! Check in was also smooth! We will be staying here anytime we visit Williams Arizona! Thanks for the amazing experience!”
