A very run-down hotel; at the booking stage, I requested renovated rooms. The gentleman on the phone that was assisting me with the booking asked me if I would prefer connected rooms as we are a family. I said that would be great. When we were given our rooms, they were awful. Old rooms, tasteless, run-down furniture, run-down bathrooms just bad. When I explained that at the booking stage, I had requested renovated rooms, they responded "well we thought that u changed as we gave you a family room." Needless to say that when I asked back my original rooms, they said they were given away. Typical poor Polish service and attitude. All in all, I wouldn't recommend Hilton. Absolutely no value for what you pay.

I came for a business trip. I stayed in executive king room with an access to the lounge. Room was warmed and with enough space. It wasn't so renovate and feels a little bit old design. Breakfast was good with various of choices. They serve in the lounge some food for breakfast and dinner. With some alcoholic drinks and soft drinks. I used the jacuzzi ans sauna and it was very good experience.

Nice. Not the absolute favorite lately but clean, modern and silent. Also very much in the center of this beautiful city and I enjoyed the stay for sure. The restaurant menu is a little light. But local specialties taste amazing.

Very good location, easy access to the property. Good taxi rank and pick up point. Reception service may vary from the shift. During my last three conference i was able to leave my luggage at the luggage room and another day it was strictly forbidden. So it's up to the willingness of people who works there. Bar was pretty good, bit expensive but keeping the hotel level. In overall i can recommend this place for sure.

Lovely hotel with great staff. To be fair the rooms are a little dated, but the executive room I had was a good size and a comfortable bed. Separate shower and bath. Room had mini fridge, safe, slippers and robe. TV was small compared to today's standard, and no sockets by the bed. AC was not great but after running for 24hr the room was cool. Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast was excellent, wide choice and very well presented. The health club in the hotel is one of the best I've encountered. A superb gym ( etter than the one I use at home) with pool, sauna and steam room. The executive lounge provided evening social with soup, pasta, salad, rolls and cheese on a daily basis from 1800 to 2000. My only complaint here was that there was no dessert, little cakes etc
