“This place is a pretty good value for the money. They have stable wifi which is a big plus in this city (as most places dont). The rooms are and bathrooms are pretty nice. I do wish they had more outlets, but that's a really small complaint. Overall, I would recommend this place.”

De verdad, de verdad que asco de hotel, muy decepcionado y nada pero nada recomendable, la atención en recepción es pésima y el hotel en general está peor y eso que apenas entre, llevo medio día y muy pero muy DECEPCIONADO. Que asco de verdad y disculpen al del hotel pero de verdad nada esta padre, hay goteras que hasta ponen sus cubetas, el aire acondicionado no sirve, no sirve la máquina de hielo, no de verdad que asco y todavía se dignan a cobrarte el estacionamiento, no tiene gimnasio, no puede ser, nada que ver en la publicación que hacen en su página, me gustaría que me contactara el supervisor y o dueño para decirle que es un asco su hotel, no se hospedan ahí.

Mala experiencia, cuartos pequeños, sin ventilación natural, control de TV sirviendo a medias, estacionamiento complicado, desayuno horroroso. Y a parte una de las dos tarjetas que recibí no funcionó.

O local é muito limpo, a piscina é muito boa para banho, tem cerca de 1,63m de profundidade e cerca de 8m de comprimento. Os quartos são muito limpos e com bom tempo. Pessoal muito amigável.

Muy limpio el lugar, la alberca está bastante bien para nadar, como 1.63m de profundidad y unos 8m de largo. Las habitaciones muy limpias y con buen clima. El personal muy amable.

Piensa bien si elijes este sitio, te ofrecen un precio muy atractivo, pero el hotel esta sucio las habitaciones son pequeñas hasta la claustrofobia y el día que llegue no tenían luz así que no había aire acondicionado, el estacionamiento es oscuro y poco accesible, el desayuno es preparado con productos de baja calidad, termine cancelando solo me quede una noche.

El personal para nada esta capacitado para dar atención al cliente, nos atendieron con caras y muy déspotas. Mi habitación tenía las patitas de la cama rotas apenas llegamos y la cama se cayó, estaban sucias las sábanas y el sanitario. Pedimos limpieza y arreglaran la cama y lo hicieron 3 horas después y de mala gana. Para el desayuno no se respetaban los horarios y de igual forma la chica con pésimos modos tratando a los clientes no solo a nosotros si no a otros clientes también. Solo cuenta con dos elevadores y tardas hasta 20 minutos en poder bajar porque es lento lento.Las instalaciones muy descuidadas y cuando tocan hagan limpieza solo tienden la cama,no cambian toallas no lavan el sanitario no barren ni limpian. Ni la basura de los botes se llevan.Pesimos en todo!!!! Pésimo servicio, realmente no lo recomiendo en ningún aspecto. Porese mismos costo me he hospedado en hoteles mejores.

It's ok for only 1or 2 days,bath towels need to be change for new ones. What you pay is what you get..no bad at all. 😇

We stayed here 2x before and it was very nice. This time was different, the towels are a dirty gray and ripped. No face towels. The couple next door had a terrible fight and we left the next day!! The best part was the valet svce. The gentleman was very kind to us.

Hotel personell was very dry. I did not stay the original nights and they owe me for two nights. The girl at front desk said I had fill a form out in order to get refund thats unacceptable the towels are grey torn and the bed sheets also..very very DISAPPOINTED I will have to go home and find a way to fight for my refund!!

Our room was small but clean and in good conditions . Everything worked (air conditioning, TV, phone, shower, lights, etc.) There is a desk and a chair if you need to work for a while. There's no closet, just some shelves and a small area to hang clothes, but no hangers. The swimming pool is rather small for a hotel. The location is ok - two blocks from the beach.
