The first one that we received the carpets with damp the next room that we were given the Sham on the bed had stains on it we've had a problem with the cooling system in the hotel room

It was not far from the boardwalk and the staff was friendly The whole bridge area from the garage to the hotel was scary and dirty

The hotel was extremely loud especially when we were trying to sleep. Loud music was playing and staff said they couldn't do anything about it. My kids were kept up. The beds were hard and need to be updated.

room was good Could not use pool, parking was far away, would not allow us to park in front of hotel to unload bags, phone to allow us in from sky walk entrance did not work so had to walk all the way around to get back in

The view, we were lucky enough to get on floor 12 and have the city view. The smell. Every floor smelt like marajuana. Thought the hotel was no smoking... Did not like when we checked in that an employee and customer were arguing and the customer left trashing the lobby and outside property.

I was worried about previous reviews, but this place was perfect for us! Near the outlets, super friendly staff, good vibe for people going to a concert at the Boardwalk Concert Hall. Room is not new but charming and just what we needed.

Cleanliness Customer service- had issues with parking charges. Spoke with 3 different front desk people and got 3 different answers that led me to pay more. Even complained to corporate for the inconsistency and never got a response from the hotel.

NOTHING This room are dirty, the towel has stain. The only beautiful thing about the hotel is the main entrance. That carpet are really dirty. I never expected this in a Sheraton hotel. Never staying there,I'm also going to tell my family and friends about this
