Dreadful. Noisy hallways. Evening food awful had to eat out most nights. Some of the reception team are dismissive and unfriendly, they don't want to help.

This place needs a serious updating. The staff was very friendly and the location was good but it only got 3 stars from me because of the outdated room. The bathroom was also borderline dangerous due to the unusual high bathtub and very slippery floor.

A good hotel. In a great location not far from the old town. Food well presented but a little bland at times. Good pool area and very friendly helpful staff. A great place for a family base.

I enjoyed it immensely from all the time in this hotel, a very comfortable room with an amazing view. Good pool and good entertainment Finally, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart to girl whose name is Margarida, my whole stay did a great job, and made me laugh a lot in the morning, a thank you does not come to this hotel. Amazing

Good breakfast Near enough to Old Town to walk. Same with beach Very clean staff friendly. Sylvia on the bar is lovely. Good sized pool would have like it a bit warmer but not heated. Free spa etc Had a great full body massage. Quiet enough to sleep. Good night Sunday in hotel bar karaoke.

Even though the rooms are a bit outdated , the staff makes sure you are enjoying your time. Family friendly with activities for the kids while you can relax. Good location easy to walk to the city...

Great hotel situated very conveniently between the Old town and the main party strip. Both were within walking distance, although the strip is far enough away to not cause you any problems with noise...
