“Disgusting, literally Disgusting, I swear..
There are foot stains all over the sofas and bed..
There was gravy stain on 2 of the pillows.
I was surprised to see a 5 star hotel this Disgusting, I was even scared to sleep on the bed or sit on the sofa until they cleaned it in front of me..
I paid around AED 900 for a dirty scary room.. a 3 star hotel would have been way cleaner than what I saw..
Oh what made it even WORST,
I went to the restaurant to let them clean, they didn't even offer a complimentary bill or anything!! I had to pay for waiting for their job..
Way to go V a 1st and last experience.. never again..”

“Great location, lots of roadworks so best follow direction on google maps. Staff is friendly. Modern design and funky look. Had a buffet lunch / limited choice but each individual item had loads of flavor. Requested some French fries for my daughter as this was not on the buffet- they obliged so an extra star for customer service.”
