Excelente. Quartos muito limpos. Hotel com design muito moderno e de pormenores de bom gosto. Recomendo para famílias e viajantes. Vale a pena. Pequeno almoço excepcional. O spa é maravilhoso. Só tenho bem a dizer. É muito central e tem shopping ao lado . Zona muito calma e segura.

The hotel has luxurious facilities and great mountain views. And most staff are friendly with smiling faces. The only reason why I can't give 5 stars is that the food served at the lounge wasn't that good enough considering the high accommodation costs. And plus, we kept hearing some kind of a muffled banging sound from upstairs at night so that we couldn't sleep soundly. I guess it was because we were close to the restaurant on the 13th floor.

Fuimos al brunch se Grand Hyatt, y fue super rico el plan de 12 a 4pm los domingos, en la terraza muy bueno el servicioel lugar, el brunch incluye mimosas, y otras con mimosas paletica de frutahay variedad, aunque entiendo q es un brunch con público limitado podría haber un poco mas de variedad en pescados, en general muy bueno $98 por persona un poco alto pero vale la pena es mas barato q otros brunch en la ciudad

Ótimo hotel, a vista de alguns quartos é incrível e o hotel fica perto de otimos restaurantes porém acredito que os funcionários poderiam melhorar o inglês acho que houve um pouco de falha na comunicação algumas vezes e o hotel poderia escolher um laboratório melhor para fazer os testes para covid... meu teste veio com gênero e nome errado... um absurdo mas sei que a culpa não é do hotel diretamente

HABITACIÓN: Cómoda, amplia, camas y almohadas muy cómodas, baño amplio con ducha y bañera, con espacios independientes. Todos los accesorios necesarios. Agua y cafe Nespresso disponible. LIMPIEZA: Excelente. Deseo reconocer el esfuerzo de la persona de aseo por hacer una limpieza meticulosa. SERVICIOS: El hotel es amplio y muy agradable. El cafe Aldeana y el bar son espacios agradables. El restaurante capitalino no destaca por su atención ni por su calidad. Hay poco personal y parecen confundidos. El restaurante Ushin no lo pude conocer porque no hubo disponibilidad de reservas. El área de la piscina y las zonas húmedas es muy agradable pero requiere reservación y el tiempo es limitado. UBICACIÓN: Cerca del aeropuerto, restaurante y centro comercial a pocas cuadras. Zona tranquila y agradable para caminar. APP: El Hyatt dispone de una App que ayuda a solicitar cosas al cuarto y conectarse al TV por streaming. NO ME GUSTÓ: Se requiere reservación previa para el restaurante y la piscina, nadie lo informa a la llegada y luego no hay disponibilidad. El check in/out es muy lento a pesar de haber hecho chequeo previo. El personal de servicio al huésped no es particularmente atento.

Brutal, espectacular, no hay palabras... El personal super amable y atento, las habitaciones grandes, luminosas y con todo detalle, y las instalaciones del hotel impresionantes. Fui por viaje de trabajo y pese a estar el hotel bastante lleno no se oía ningún ruido para descansar. La localización es cercana al aeropuerto (los aviones giran casi sobre el hotel para la aproximación a la pista!!)un poco lejos del centro, pero está en una zona tranquila y segura.

I had the chance of working in a simultaneous translation event and to go there is awesome! Everything neat, clean, and well organized! The auditorium where we went was huge, in fact it is not exaggerated to say that the facilities in itself day: "Come and visit me!" The service offered there is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel whenever you either want to stay, or do an event!//Tuve la oportunidad de trabajar en un evento de traducción simultánea allá, y el hecho de haber sido allá fue espectacular! El auditorio donde estuvimos era amplio, de hecho no es exagerado decir que las instalaciones mismas decían: "Vengan y nos visitan!" El servicio ofrecido allá es excelente. Recomiendo grandemente este hotel cuando deseen, ya sea hospedarse o realizar un evento!

El servicio muy malo, se demoraron más de una hora en en tomarnos el pedido adicional la mesera nos sugirió que si pedíamos platos fuerte se demoran entre una hora y media en salir y que mejor pidiéramos unas entradas que se demora menos tiempo en salir.... al final se demoró dos horas en salir las entradas, la relación precio con plato no coinciden, atención pésima de los meseros, no lo recomiendo

Great hotel with excellent amenities around it. The water circuit has a lot of options: pool, jacuzzi, massage pool, sauna and steam. In addition you can reserver a wide variety of massage in the same floor.Food: The Japanese restaurant Ushio us great, the main hotel restaurant is good but service is slow. There is a pastry store with great cake, cookies and macarons.Staff: great and always willing to help you in any manner. All staff are 5 star service.Room: Bed is great and the bath. TV service can be improved specially in the sport area.In general: decorations, plates and silverware are top.

An absolutely dreamy place to stay, dare I say, heavenly. The rooms are completely secluded from the noise of the lobby and other potentially noisy areas, the peace you feel while walking to your room is unparalleled, the rooms themselves are quite modern, chic, with an ample bathtub and fantastic amenities. The room service is a bit of a letdown, it took around 45 minutes on average for our food to arrive the two times we ordered, but the service was still top notch. The pool, THE POOL, it’s probably the biggest pool you will find in a hotel in Bogotá, that was a big factor to book my stay here and it surpassed all expectations. The Japanese restaurant on the top floor is fantastic, we had a bit of a misunderstanding with one of the staff there but it was rectified inmediately, the food was delicious and surprisingly affordable for the quality of the restaurant. Overall a really solid stay.

This is a terrific property. Located in a safe neighborhood with walking access to a large park and upscale shopping mall. I stayed for a week with my family, and received fantastic service from the moment we arrived. The staff at the restaurant we ate breakfast at each morning was friendly and helpful. The doormen greeted us each day and made sure we knew where we were going and had our transportation in order. I forgot a shaving kit upon checkout, and the housekeeping staff worked with the concierge to get it sent back to me. We are looking forward to our next visit!

The Grand Hyatt Bogota is a truly 5 star hotel from start to finish. All of the staff from the doormen to the housekeeping to the front desk and management are all well trained, professional are there at all times to make sure your stay is the best it could possibly ever be. The Hyatt management at this hotel is the best that you will find, they are professionals at solving any issues that may arise during your stay and will not quit until you are completely satisfied. The rooms are spacious, very quiet and have excellent views of the mountains and city. The internet speed and stability is excellent and the workspace area is very good. The restaurants and the breakfast buffet are all excellent. The servers are the best at what they do. The hotel also has a fitness center, a beautiful swimming pool, nice lounge chairs, a jacuzzi, a steam room, a dry sauna and a personal locker area. I wanted to commend housekeeping service, they are the absolute best I have had anywhere in the world and truly care about their profession with a passion and it is truly appreciated. The location is good as it is a short walk to the nearby mall with many good restaurants, shopping and a full size grocery store. A nice little park fronts the hotel and is nice for sitting or walking. I would definitely recommend and look forward to returning. This is one of the better hotel experiences that you find in the world.

The grounds were impeccable, the staff were respectful, the grounds felt safe and well staffed/secured, the room was well clean and disinfected daily (we could faintly smell the bleach in the bathroom-a good thing)! The location is perfect for a to and fro for nearly anything really ...we went to the enchanting Salt Mines cathedral, the impressive Guadalupe statue on the mountain, the historic Monsarrate, the bustling shopping and cultural entertainment of downtown, and a handful of enchanting museums, the on foot graffiti tour, most within 20mins of the hotel! The taxis are parked outfront of the hotel generally (if not the hotel will call a trusted taxi for you) and will wait for you while you experience the town for only 10bucks an hour!!!Christian in concierge exceeded the expectations of every interaction; from coming in early from his breaks to make sure our taxi arrived for our day trip that he helped us plan to calling COVID testers repeatedly in the middle of the night to schedule the last minute hotel room visit so that we can reenter the US in a timely manner w negative test results. Christian was there for us and genuinely wanted to ensure we had a safe, fun, and stress free stay in Bogata both in and outside of the hotel!There was also Luisa (Hotel Restaurant), Anna (Hotel Restaurant), and Jefferson with respect and care that went beyond the norm... we are VERY appreciative!This hotel is a must and highly recommended! It felt like a resort!TIP: Get the breakfast and Grand Room (drinks and tapas) package ...WELL worth it!

We went to the Hyatt Bogota for brunch on a Sunday afternoon. We really liked the hotel and I think it is probably the best hotel in town. The interior is impressive and at the same time tasteful. The brunch wasn't that extensive, but the food on offer was of a very good quality.

The Grand Hyatt Bogota staff is excellent! The hotel is beautiful, and the food is good. I had an issue the first day, and it was resolved immediately. Anyone looking for a great hotel I would recommend you stay here. When I come back to Bogota I will stay at the Grand Hyatt Bogota. Any management reading this review “Alejandra” is great front desk receptionist. Luiz (Front Desk) and the lady (I think her name was Cindy) that works in Aldeana Market both very friendly personalities made me feel very welcome.
