“Dear grand Hyatt You are a 5 star hotel, behave like one. Started from groud floor, that's my first contact. Bad experience. Not friendly at all. Then the sky lobby, Sean was amazing. He was ready to provide assistance. The desk at 38, please train them again. Vincent made me feel like finally I am at a 5 star hotel. The food.....come on la bro.”

“This is our 2nd time staying at the Grand Hyatt, Kuala Lumpur. Room was very clean, everything was spic and span. Electrical appliances were fairly new and in good working condition. It was an early anniversary celebration for us this time round and the hotel surprised us with a little cake. How sweet! They were also very accommodating with our requests,too. We also had a lovely lunch at the Thirty8 restaurant before we left. Service was excellent and the staff were very friendly.”
