“The staff is so sweet and very helpful. I'm so in love with the hotel it self is very beautiful 😍 and the food is amazing if we come back to Tokyo will differently be staying here again. And walking distance from two train stations.”

“Great looking hotel. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Great showers with excellent water pressure. Beds are not comfortable, but bedding is good. Concierge is useless. No help in weeks leading up to our visit and just completely unable to do ANYTHING for us on site. They have no dedicated person/people with ideas or connections, but just tge reception staff to assist. The Lounge is ridiculously oversold and lines out the door for breakfast and waits for a table at afternoon reception are frustrating, at best. Scrambled eggs are literally like soup, they're so underdone. Restaurants on site, because we couldn't book anything off-site (see concierge comments above) are good, but extremely overpriced coupled with quality. Overall, a disappointing experience. You can do better elsewhere, guaranteed.”
