Hotel moderno e limpo. Bom buffet de pequeno-almoço com escolha suficiente. Pessoal muito simpático e cortês (já não é uma coisa natural hoje em dia). O quarto era limpo e moderno em design. A localização do hotel foi ideal para nós. Todos os lugares desejados eram facilmente acessíveis a pé ou de transporte público. Hotel em local tranquilo. Deve ser recomendado!

Hotel is located in calm area. Good coffee place near by and places to get food. Easy to get to more central area by metro or uber. Hotel itself was quite good.

recepção muito simpática e competente. Pequeno-almoço rico e bom, serviço muito amigável. Estacionamento subterrâneo disponível e utilizável. A proximidade com a Potsdamer Platz foi um dos critérios de seleção. No caminho de ida e volta, você pode explorar vários outros destaques. Realmente ótima localização. Descobrimos o Liquidrom ao virar da esquina, infelizmente é tarde. Isso também será visitado durante a próxima estadia! À noite, há grandes motivos fotográficos na área.

• 2 pessoas por 2 noites • ZONA / 8: É ótima localizada. Eu dou 8 porque você tem cerca de 15 minutos para caminhar até o centro e para as estações de metrô você tem que caminhar um pouco. Mas pelo preço é o ideal. • HOTEL / 9: Muito moderno e limpo e staff muito simpático. Na chegada, eles retêm uma pequena quantia extra que eles devolvem quando você sai. • QUARTO / 9: Amplo, muito limpo e muito confortável. Havia apenas um plugue em um lado da cama e o resto na mesa. • em geral eu voltaria a este hotel com certeza e é altamente recomendado

• 2 personas por 2 noches • ZONA / 8: Está genial situado. Le pongo un 8 porque andando tienes unos 15 min al centro y para las paradas de metro tienes que andar un poco. Pero por el precio es ideal. • HOTEL / 9: Muy moderno y limpio y personal muy agradable. Al llegar retendrán una pequeña cantidad extra que os devuelven al salir. • HABITACIÓN / 9: Grande, muy limpia y muy cómoda. Sólo había enchufe en un lado de la cama, y el resto en la mesa escritorio • en general volvería seguro a este hotel y es muy recomendable

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Cerca de dos metros con diferentes líneas. La recepcionista y el servicio en general excelente (muy educados y amables). El hotel con decoración muy elegante así como la habitación (y el baño). No se escuchaba ningún ruido. Lo único malo, las almohadas, y que en cama de matrimonio te pongan dos colchas individuales no le vemos demasiado sentido. Ah! Y el desayuno buffet tenía un horario amplísimo (de 7 a 10h), bastante variedad, café molido al momento, diferentes tipos de leche.... Y toda la comida estaba muy buena. Lo recomiendo.

Para nós, correu tudo bem, o hotel não vale 5 estrelas, mas está muito perto. O estacionamento subterrâneo ainda tinha espaço para nós e custa € 20 por noite, o que ainda é bastante barato e seguro no trânsito de Berlim. Você não deve economizar nisso;) Os quartos eram ok, não ótimo, mas ótimo por algumas noites. O café da manhã é muito variado e também muito equilibrado para a minha namorada que vive vegetariana. A localização é certa em Kreuzberg e todos os pontos turísticos podem ser facilmente alcançados a pé.

Stayed here May 2019, not sure why it's took me so long to review but I'd just been looking at city breaks and got remembering this one! We visited Berlin for the Formula E Berlin E-Prix. We arrived, stayed the night then the next day had breakfast and checked out, the hotel was very kind enough to allow us to leave our belongings in a store room at the hotel as we'd had to check out, we flew home that same day. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and the bathroom facilities were great. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Reception and private parking are a bit cramped, especially when the place gets busy, but overall it is a very pleasant hotel, nicely situated regarding touristic hotspots like Potsdamer Platz, Alexanderplatz, the Spree, Gendarmenmarkt, East Side Gallery and Tempelhofer Feld. Staff is friendly, efficient, breakfast is nice even if limited in veggie and diet options, good coffee, nice bar with a decent wine selection (try the Spätburgunder). Room was clean, beds are comfortably thick and not too firm, good and hot (!) shower. TV lacks casting/streaming option, alas. All in all I had a very nice stay.

Habitaciones cómodas y funcionales. A 10 minutos andando de Potsdamer Platzy a 25 de la puerta de Brandeburgo. Personal amable. El único punto negativo fue el sitio para desayunar que era escaso y poca variedad de productos.

The room was nice, but the hotel staff left a lot to be desired.Upon arrival, we waited at least 10 minutes before we saw an employee. He was fairly rude and dismissive.It was made up for by the excellent night auditor, but not enough to earn more stars.It was a decent stay for the price, but don’t expect very much hospitality.

I was a little disappointed by this hotel. I was at the same hotel in Vienna, but they are completely different. The location is not bad, you can walk to the sights, but the room did not please me. First there was no refrigerator, the bottle of water was already half drunk. In the morning we are still sleeping, but the cleaning worker open the door to clean. The range of breakfast is not bad, you could choose something to eat, but not all the ingredients were fresh. On the first floor there was a treat with cookies and a drink in the afternoon, but we could not try it, as there were no clean glasses left.
