We had our staff Christmas party here . The show at the Mayfield dinner theatre that is attached is fantastic. Lots of parking in a safe lot. Rooms are clean however, the beds are soft and the room could use an update. The staff we had any interactions with were all super friendly and professional!

This is a great facility to host meetings and training sessions. The staff are attentive and very helpful, and the conference rooms are comfortable. The additional working space and side coffee and snacks area is a real bonus!

Best place we have stayed and we have stayed at so many hotels in so many different places! The rooms were extremely clean and well kept, they were also spacious and the front desk staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The restaurant in the hotel was great the night we ate there, the pool was clean and safe and our room had a great view of Edmonton. We will be coming back here again!

My friends and I stayed for a girls' weekend and enjoyed the DoubleTree & Mayfield Dinner Theater. It was incredible, as always! The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed, special and a valued guest! The package that includes the dinner theater, room stay & breakfast is an amazing deal! The dinner menu is delicious!! We come here every year and we always look forward to the royal treatment! :)

Super clean, Great location, wonderful Team! I love staying here when visiting Edmonton. Its easy to get to and close to so many great spots - shopping, eating and major/direct routes/roadways and busy industry. I consider myself to have a high standard of expedition when it comes to cleanliness and I’m confident knowing that my Family and I are safe staying here. It’s evident that they pay attention to detail in everything they do. The rooms are clean and fresh. The food and beverages are always top shelf. The Teams from all outlets are welcoming, accommodating and friendly. If your travelling for work, with your partner and/or even with the kids in tow this place is comfortable and inviting. You’ll look forward to going back! We always do!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much.Super clean environment and rooms.The beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in.Super friendly staff and a great atmosphere.The pool was awesome great temperature and clean.We will be returning for another staycation for sure.

I did not end up booking the room. I had booked a room for my daughter a few nights earlier at airport Hilton. All was great as usual. When i went to book another room at the Hilton Doubletree the receptionist told me I would have to fill in a credit card authorization form first. She was very rude and told me that is the rules at That Property. The fact that I would need to do this was not the issue. It was that she was so rude about it. I booked my daughter in the Best Western Plus, which I am also a loyalty member. Hilton WAS always my first choice. Not anymore.

Given the name of the hotel, all rooms are expected to be better than the rest. My bad. I should have stayed at home2. First of all, the room i kind of old. (Second floor) the view was so nice that all we could see was the HVAC systems. Carpet floor has wine stains. Desk foot needs repair( metal almost got me a cut) worst, dog food all over the corner. And the mini fridge wasnt working. Well, we only stayed for a night did not bother to complain.

Had to spend a night in Edm. Stayed at this hotel. Staff was fantastic from the maintenance people and the front counter staff. Jay was accommodating to my elderly mother who was in town for a medical visit. Hotel and rooms very clean. Room was so clean and comfy bed. Breakfast was great. Loved the stay.
