“I stayed in this hotel about a month ago. I used the ATM machine in the hotel lobby to convert dollars to manats, but unfortunately the machine took my money and did not give me money in return. The hotel reception called the bank and they gave me hope that we will return the money to you, but the bank never answered me. The ATM belonged to Kapital Bank.”
