“Beautiful resort, the wildlife was amazing. The food at the buffet was great and the staff were all very friendly. My only complaint was that it was impossible to get dinner reservations at any of their restaurants. As soon as we checked in, we tried to make reservations and everything was booked already. We were able to go the Japanese restaurant only because we showed up and asked if they had any cancellations. We waited outside until they eventually said they did. Without reservations, you're just eating at the buffet every day. Wish I knew that before booking. Part of the joy of an all inclusive is going to a restaurant every night, not the self service buffet.”
