“We stayed here for a convention for 4 nights. The hotel is nice with Starbucks and restaurant inside(restaurant being pricey).The room was nice and clean. Housekeeping was nice. 1 bed did have large stains on the comforter. We were disappointed with how far our room was away from most other convention attendees as most everyone was placed near each other. On the last day we tried to extend our stay for 1 more night and unfortunately they wouldn’t work with us. Management was supposed to call me about 5 hours ago and I still haven’t heard anything. We ended up just checking out. Parking is also pricey.”

“Room service food was great and the service by the staff at the restaurant was lovely. Shuttle service was great. My problem was the check-in. I got my room keys fast enough. Unfortunately, the hotel is so busy that it takes forever to get into the elevator. That's not the hotel's fault, but after the hassle one does expect to get into a room that has been cleaned. The bed was unmade, trash everywhere, dirty towls tossed about. That's nasty. I now had the fun of hauling my luggage back down to the lobby to get a new room. I had the pleasure of waiting 10 min for an elevator and stopping at every single floor on the way down. I got to have a lengthy wait in line this time. I got no apology from the front desk staff. I deliberately paid for a more expensive hotel thinking I would be getting the best service and I did not.”
