Our stay here is something that we would always want go experience all over again. The staff and service is superb. Very accessible to malls, airport, expressway, and can explore different activities around the area. I would highly recommend this! Nossa estadia aqui é algo que sempre desejamos experimentar novamente. A equipe e o serviço são excelentes. Muito acessível a shoppings, aeroporto, via expressa e pode explorar diferentes atividades na região. Eu recomendaria muito isso!

I'm disappointed with their service. Today is my birthday and my girl friend bought cake from outside. Because It was handmade cake for special day. but when she bring the cake to hotel, they charge for cake even I explain today is my birthday. other 5stars hotel give free cake for birthday guests, not charge . If they offer service like this who want to stay this hotel for special day. Estou desapontado com o serviço deles. Hoje é meu aniversário e minha namorada comprou bolo de fora. Porque foi um bolo artesanal para um dia especial. mas quando ela traz o bolo para o hotel, eles cobram pelo bolo até eu explico que hoje é meu aniversário. outro hotel 5 estrelas oferece bolo grátis para convidados de aniversário, sem cobrança. Se eles oferecem um serviço como este, quem deseja ficar neste hotel para um dia especial.

Porque era un pastel hecho a mano para un día especial. pero cuando trae el pastel al hotel, cobran por el pastel, incluso les explico que hoy es mi cumpleaños. otros hoteles de 5 estrellas dan pastel gratis para los invitados de cumpleaños, sin cargo. Si ofrecen un servicio como este, ¿quién quiere quedarse en este hotel para un día especial?

Hotel is close to the airport, fantastic amenities but what stood out are the friendly staff particularly at Breezes they were very friendly and made you feel very welcome. They even remembered our kids name and what they want for breakfast. Connecting Premier Suite and double queen beds are fantastic O hotel fica perto do aeroporto, com comodidades fantásticas, mas o que se destacou são os funcionários simpáticos, especialmente no Breezes, eles foram muito simpáticos e fizeram você se sentir muito bem-vindo. Eles até se lembraram do nome de nossos filhos e do que eles querem no café da manhã. Suíte Premier conjugada e camas queen duplas são fantásticas

Um dos hotéis COD, hotel Nuwa. As comodidades são as melhores dos 3 hotéis. A piscina também é pequena e bonita. O quarto não é tão grande, mas estou satisfeito com a banheira. Ficamos no 7º andar, e o quarto estava úmido e tinha um cheiro muito úmido. Eu pedi um ionizador e eles trouxeram um desumidificador, então eu apenas disse que sim. A insonorização não é boa em todos os 3 hotéis. O restaurante ao ar livre no primeiro andar do Nuwa Hotel é ótimo para jantar.

Uno de los hoteles COD, hotel Nuwa. Las comodidades son las mejores de los 3 hoteles. La piscina también es pequeña y bonita. La habitación no es muy grande, pero estoy satisfecho con la bañera. Nos alojamos en el séptimo piso, y la habitación estaba húmeda y tenía un olor muy húmedo. Pedí un ionizador y me trajeron un deshumidificador, así que dije que sí. La insonorización no es buena en los 3 hoteles. El restaurante al aire libre en el primer piso del Nuwa Hotel es ideal para cenar.

Service is topnotch. The only glitch is the breakfast buffet is on another hotel. Definitely will recommend this hotel to family and friends. Reservei dois quartos para minha família. Foi excelente. A área é próxima e acessível a tudo. Shopping, aeroporto, via expressa e atividades de lazer para jovens e adultos. As recepções são soberbas. O serviço é de primeira. A única falha é o buffet de café-da-manhã em outro hotel. Definitivamente irá recomendar este hotel para a família e amigos.

La zona es cercana y accesible a todo. Centro comercial, aeropuerto, autopista y actividades recreativas para jóvenes y adultos. Las recepciones son excelentes. El servicio es de primera. El único problema es que el desayuno buffet está en otro hotel. Definitivamente recomendaré este hotel a familiares y amigos.

Loving the ambiance with the room we got. Pool view and sunset which is relaxing. The room is spacious. But their staff are not that approachable and friendly comparing to Hyatt. Anyways, 4 stars because of the accommodation 🤙🏻
