I recentemente se hospedaram no Hampton Inn & Suites Baltimore Inner Harbor e a experiência foi excelente a partir do momento em que chegamos e até o dia em que fizemos o check-out. Os quartos são espaçosos, muito limpos e agradáveis; a equipe foi muito simpática e profissional. O hotel está localizado muito perto da orla e estava a uma curta distância de vários restaurantes e locais de entretenimento. Eu também queria reconhecer e dar um reconhecimento especial a Andrea, que acredito ser a gerente da equipe da cozinha que preparou o café da manhã quente diário. Ela acomodou meu convidado com suas preferências alimentares sem que ele sequer perguntasse se poderia ser feito. Também adorei o fato de não ter que mover meu carro até as 17h do dia do meu check-out, o que nos ajudou a não precisar pagar por estacionamento adicional dentro da área, pois não sairíamos imediatamente após o check-out. Conseguimos continuar aproveitando o centro da cidade e retornar ao nosso carro assim que terminamos. Nós realmente apreciamos a nossa estadia e ficamos extremamente satisfeitos com tudo. Eu recomendo para quem está pensando em ficar aqui e nós definitivamente voltaremos na próxima vez que estivermos na área.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Baltimore Inner Harbor and the experience was excellent from the time we arrived and up until the day we checked-out. The rooms are spacious, very clean and nice; the staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel is located very close to the waterfront and was in walking distance to several restaurants and entertainment spot. I also wanted to acknowledge and give a special recognition to Andrea who I believe is the manager over the kitchen crew that set up the daily hot breakfast. She accommodated my guest with his dietary preferences without him even asking if it could be made. I also loved the fact that I did not have to move my car until 5PM on the day of my checkout, which helped us with not needing to pay for additional parking within the area since we were not leaving immediately after we had checked-out. We were able to keep enjoying the downtown area and return to our car once we were done. We really enjoyed our stay and was extremely pleased with everything. I would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here and we definitely will return ourselves the next time we are in the area.

Fiquei super empolgado em ficar neste hotel e o escolhi por causa de sua ótima localização e proximidade com o porto interno. A arquitetura dentro e fora é tão bonita e muito histórica. O gerente da recepção (Ralph) no entanto conseguiu tirar a nossa experiência no primeiro dia. Ele não queria falar com um cliente que estava esperando no saguão por 20 minutos por um manobrista. Na opinião dele, o cliente deveria ter ido até ele e pedido ajuda em vez de esperar pelo manobrista. Quando meu marido pediu ajuda por causa da longa espera, Ralph tentou justificar a longa espera. Meu marido é um membro Diamond e fica em hotéis Hilton todas as semanas. Ele conhece as cordas e entende o bom atendimento ao cliente e a resolução rápida de problemas. Ralph continuou tentando explicar seu ponto de vista (em relação à longa espera para estacionar) em um esforço para argumentar seu caso e provar que estávamos errados. Ralph também mencionou o fato de que meu marido provavelmente não entendeu muito bem sua explicação! Tendo viajado o mundo e tendo ficado em alguns dos melhores hotéis Hilton, posso dizer inequivocamente que este gerente representou muito mal a cadeia hoteleira!!! Aqui vai uma dica para Ralph: Quando um cliente está insatisfeito com uma situação, peça desculpas e corrija-a em vez de se justificar e depois orientar o cliente sobre o que ele deveria ter feito de forma diferente!! P.S. Recebi um e-mail e telefonema com a gerência que se desculpou e tentou acertar… aprecie o esforço!

Was super excited to stay at this hotel and picked it because of its great location and proximity to the inner harbor. The architecture inside and outside is so pretty & very historic. The front desk manager (Ralph) however managed to take away from our experience on the very first day. He couldn’t care to talk to a customer who was waiting in the lobby for 20 min for a valet. In his opinion, the customer should have come to him and asked for help instead of waiting for the valet. When my husband asked for help because of the long wait, Ralph tried to justify the long wait. My husband is a Diamond member and stays at Hilton hotels every week. He knows the ropes and understands good customer service and quick resolution of problems. Ralph kept trying to explain his point of view (regarding the long wait for parking) in an effort to argue his case and prove us wrong. Ralph also made a mention of the fact that my husband probably didn’t understand his explanation very well! Having travelled the world and having stayed at some of the best Hilton hotels, I can unequivocally say that this manager represented the hotel chain very poorly!!! Here’s a tip for Ralph: When a customer is unhappy about a situation, apologize and fix it instead of justifying yourself and then coaching the customer about what they should have done differently!! P.S. Received an email & phone call with management who apologized and tried to make it right…appreciate the effort!

Ficamos lá no início deste mês e a equipe foi excepcional. Todos foram muito gentis e atenciosos, até mesmo a equipe de limpeza. O nosso quarto era muito limpo e atraente. O café da manhã estava delicioso, e o melhor de tudo cortesia!

Limpo, conveniente e contemporâneo. Nossa família de 5 pessoas apreciamos a vista das grandes janelas da nossa suíte. O quarto era amplo e moderno. As camas e lençóis eram confortáveis. As equipes de arrumação e recepção foram atenciosas e detalhistas. O preço era competitivo. Ficamos 3 noites.

O serviço foi ótimo, o quarto era bom, e pequeno-almoço gratuito também foi fornecido pela manhã. O café da manhã foi ótimo, eles tinham waffles, ovos, salsichas, sucos diferentes (maçã, laranja, cranberry), frutas, iogurte. Foi um café da manhã de verdade. Estando no centro, também fica perto de alguns bons restaurantes, a uma curta distância, 5 min ou menos. O preço também era razoável, é um bom valor e eles também têm uma piscina coberta no porão.

Very nice clean Hotel. The entire staff from the front desk staff to the breakfast staff, and house keeping people were very friendly and polite.Warm breakfast was nice as well, and not overcrowded. We would definitely stay again. Great location and 10 minute walk to the aquarium and 15 minute walk to Camden Yards.

We stayed there at the beginning of this month and the staff was exceptional. Everyone was so kind and attentive, even the housekeeping staff. Our room was very clean and attractive. The breakfast was delicious, and best of all complimentary!

Clean, convenient and contemporary. Our family of 5 enjoyed the view from the grande windows in our suite. The room was expansive and modern. The beds and linen were comfy. The housekeeping and front desk teams were attentive and detail oriented. The pricing was competitive. We stayed 3 nights.

The service was great, the room was nice, and free breakfast was also provided in the morning. The breakfast was great, they had waffles, eggs, sausages, different juices (Apple, Orange, Cranberry), fruits, yogurt. It was an actual breakfast. Being downtown, it's also close to some nice restaurants, within walking distance, 5 min or less. The price was also reasonable, it's a good value and they also have a pool indoor in the basement.

Reservei uma curta viagem de uma noite para a primeira festa de aniversário da minha filha. A equipe foi ótima e notei que eram apenas minhas duas meninas e eu, então elas me ajudaram tremendamente. Não posso agradecê-los o suficiente por serem tão gentis e profissionais. Eu recomendaria definitivamente ficar aqui quando você viajar. Os quartos são definitivamente como anunciado e muito limpo. Eu podia sentir o cheiro dos produtos de limpeza. Estabelecimento muito agradável e café da manhã foi ótimo. Eu fiquei em muitos hotéis Hilton, mas até agora esta é a minha estadia favorita. Definitivamente voltando. Obrigado novamente

Todo mundo que trabalha neste hotel era tão bom. Manobrista, senhoras da recepção, cozinheiros, governantas, etc. A hospitalidade estava no ponto.Os quartos eram super limpos. O café da manhã era fabuloso todos os dias. A localização é perfeita e a uma curta caminhada do porto. A piscina estava tão quente e nós tivemos isso para nós mesmos! Vamos ficar aqui toda vez que estamos em Baltimore agora. Muito obrigado por tornar nossas férias muito mais agradáveis.

Everyone working at this hotel was so nice. Valet, front desk ladies, cooks, housekeepers, etc. The hospitality was on point.The rooms were super clean. The breakfast was fabulous every day. The location is PERFECT and just a short walk to the harbor. The pool was so warm and we had it to ourselves! We will stay here everytime we're in Baltimore now. Thank you so much for making our vacation so much more delightful.

I booked a short one night trip for my little girl’s first birthday party. The staff was great and notice it was just my two girls and I so they helped me out tremendously. Can’t thank them enough for being so kindhearted and professional. I would definitely recommend staying here when you travel. Rooms are definitely as advertised and very clean. I could smell the cleaning products. Very nice establishment and breakfast was great. I’ve stayed in plenty of Hilton hotels but so far this is my favorite stay. Definitely coming back.
