“Had an excellent stay here. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and clean, bed was quite comfortable. Wish I could of spent more than one night here. Great place to stay if you like watching the planes fly in and out of O'Haire. Would absolutely come back here next time I'm in Chicago.”

“We usually stay in downtown Chicago but decided to go a bit farther out this weekend. James, the manager was the friendliest hotel employee I have ever met. I hope this company sees that and holds on to him. Every other front desk employee was great as well. Right away when we got in our room, there was hair on the sink and shower. It's gross but we were exhausted and did not need to complain. The room was pretty small with no place to put your clothes. It's fine for short period of time but I could never stay here for longer than two nights.”
