“I have never ever in my life had such a horrible experience!!!
I am a woman with disabilities. I called 3 times before i came in the hotel to make sure they have a bath tub. They said only in the “ executive king suite “
So I paid extra for that as i cant take shower not in a bath tub.
When I arrived with my husband and 6 big luggage and my service dog, i came in the suit and saw there was no bath.
My husband went to talk to the manager.
And he said:
Oh i am sorry you want to cancel?
No offering any help, said no rooms with tubs.
He was horrible!!!! The worst worst hotel ever!
Do not go there!!!!!”

“It’s an okay room if you don’t have any reservation problems. Our Reservations representative changed out the room from under us right as we were making the reservation leading to a frustrating process of booking another room. When we ended up arriving, it appeared that oversized parking was not actually available- even though it was told to us that we were guaranteed oversized parking on the phone.
The room quality itself looks quite modern, but unfortunately isn’t very well crafted- sliding doors screech as they are closed and beds lack general support. Other rooms may be better, but it was a disappointing experience especially after having heard good things about it.”
