“Conveniently located, the Residence Inn by Marriott Tysons delivers on expectations. My only issue was that they wanted to charge $8 for a 1.25 ounce bag of beef jerky. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very functional. It’s perfect as a shorter-term residence hotel. My room was quiet and everything worked. Good breakfast in the morning and friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again when I’m next in the area.”

Fiquei neste local semana passada e novamente esta semana Cada vez que pedi check-out mais tarde Na semana passada agora problema, mas esta semana as regras mudam O representante me garantiu check-out tardio por 2 a senhora na recepção continuou tocando o telefone com a faxineira batendo na porta às 12h, liguei para a recepção com um funcionário rude e pouco profissional, então me disseram que eu precisava sair do quarto às 12h30. Eu disse ao funcionário que estava ligando para o escritório corporativo e ela disse que você pode ficar até as 13h. O escritório corporativo foi notificado ainda esperando alguém me ligar de volta A INFORMAÇÃO MISTURADA É UM GRANDE PROBLEMA QUANDO VOCÊ ESTÁ GASTANDO DINHEIRO NINGUÉM DEVE TER QUE EXPERIMENTAR ISSO

I stayed a this location week before last and again this week Each time I asked for later check out Last week now problem but this week then rules change The representative guaranteed me late check-out by 2 the lady at the front desk kept ringing the phone with the cleaning lady banging on the door at 12pm I called the front desk with a rude and unprofessional Clerk then was told I need to leave the room by 12:30. I told the Clerk I was calling there Corporate Office then she said you can stay until 1 p.m. Corporate Office was notified still waiting for someone to call me back THE MIXED INFO IS A BIG PROBLEM WHEN YOU'RE SPENDING MONEY NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO EXPERIENCE THIS

Convenientemente localizado, o Residence Inn by Marriott Tysons atende às expectativas. Meu único problema foi que eles queriam cobrar US$ 8 por um saco de 1,25 onças de carne seca. Os quartos são limpos, confortáveis e muito funcionais. É perfeito como um hotel de residência de curto prazo. Meu quarto estava tranquilo e tudo funcionou. Bom café da manhã e funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Definitivamente ficarei aqui novamente quando for o próximo na área.

Convenientemente ubicado, el Residence Inn by Marriott Tysons cumple con las expectativas. Mi único problema fue que querían cobrar $ 8 por una bolsa de carne seca de 1.25 onzas. Las habitaciones son limpias, cómodas y muy funcionales. Es perfecto como hotel de residencia a corto plazo. Mi habitación estaba en silencio y todo funcionaba. Buen desayuno en la mañana y personal amable y servicial. Definitivamente me quedaré aquí nuevamente cuando esté en el área.

Tivemos um problema de encanamento em nossa suíte e pedimos para ser transferidos em vez de esperar por um conserto. Fomos transferidos para outra sala rapidamente e apreciamos a eficiência com a forma como isso foi tratado. O buffet de café-da-manhã foi ótimo em uma manhã em que acordamos a tempo de chegar lá. Se possível, um horário de desligamento às 10h em vez das 9h do horário atual seria melhor para aqueles de nós que estão de férias e dormem um pouco mais tarde após um longo dia dirigindo.

We had a plumbing issue in our suite and asked to be moved instead of waiting for a repair. We were moved to another room quickly and appreciated the efficiency with how this was handled. The breakfast buffet was great the one morning we woke up in time to get to it. If possible a shut down time of 10am instead of the 9am current time would be better for those of us on vacation who sleep a bit later after a long day of driving.

La ubicacion estuvo buena, como fue solamente como 15 minutos de la ciudad. El cuarto estuvo bastante bueno para el precio, y tambien incluyo una nevera grande, mircroonda, estufa pequeña, y un limpio baño. Los empleados fueron amables y el desayuno estuvo buenisimo. Definitivamente recomendaría este lugar
