Old but warm hotel with nice and helpful staffs. The lounge was small but the atmosphere there was very nice. The foods were delicious. The pool was small but clean. The sauna was small and old but quite nice. The fitness center was quite small. The garden was quite nice. The hotel was distal from train or metro stations, but shuttle bus was provided. Overall, a nice hotel in Tokyo.

If you’re a Bonvoy member (platinum, titanium and ambassador), I recommend staying here. Their club lounge was great at bar time (5pm to 7pm). It was crowded but the food was really good. As for the room, the bathtub was large enough and very comfortable.

Room is large, bed is comfortable and 20floor lounge with good wine and view. The location is super convenient and price is reasonable. Overall a great experience. Will stay again if visiting the area.

Hotel was excellent. Very clean and modern. Classy atmosphere. It has a great garden in on the property which gives it a serene vibe in a city setting. Rooms were clean and large. The staff was beyond friendly. Very accommodating and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel. Approximately 30 minutes away from Haneda airport. Good central location for sight seeing. Tokyo Tower is relatively close by.

I have stayed here three times since 2017. This is my to-go location every time I travelled to Japan. It is a ver business oriented hotel so most of the staffs can speak good English. Rooms are clean and quiet. Staffs are friendly and restaurants are good. Over the years the rooms seem to get aged but it’s not a big deal.

Lounge access is a great option. They had a great food drink even alcohol. Room was fully renovated very comfortable and quite. They are little too far Shinagawa station. But super quiet. We had a great sleep.

Friendly people, Japanese water closet, travel service, good matresses, nice vanity kits. Overpriced breakfast does not serve fresh fried eggs! Meals are expensive in general.No iron in room. Limited shuttle service.
